People have been asking for /l/ for years. For YEARS. But what do we get instead? The gutting of /d/, the gutting of /lit/, the creation of an "off topic" board that nobody asked for, the destruction of /asp/, and word filters. How many more boards will he sacrifice before finally giving the community what we actually want??
Wrestling fags absolutely shit up /asp/ with their sweaty man drama faggotry. /asp/ is a slow board and it's almost impossible to find actual sport threads. Why are they allowed to make more than a general thread? I think most people wold be ok with it if they kept their faggotry in one Thread.
1 general would be shitty because honestly Pro Wrestling is such a wide topic of discussion that on general isn't going to build a larger community nor is it going to encourage growth of the board or any further discussion.
The best solution for all of this is to give Pro Wrestling it's own board, the amount of traffic it would bring to this site would be insane, the IWC is a huge place guys, do your research and it'll be a no brainer
What are the hotpocket fags trying to say with this? At first, they allowed it and the threads hit bump limit with no problem, then they just started straight up deleting it probably because of an anon who kept mentioning he adopted 2 kids because of the game and derailed the threads as a result
It's not because it's a VN because I saw a couple of threads about VNs there go under their radar.
>>344974 /pol/ managed to get the twitch channel of the cup banned. The reaction was delyed from end october. /news/ about to get born in preperation to to finally delete /pol/ when we have the replacement boards.
A user run /b/. A user would randomly be picked and he'd be like the mod of that board. He could change the way the board looked, background, ban people, shit like that. After that it'd all be reverted and start over again with someone else. Mainly it was a way for the guy to rape bandwith by posting spinning horse cock gif backgrounds or seizure inducing flashing backgrounds while being the edgiest fuck he possibly could.
I seem to be seeing a lot of duplicate threads being made about one subject in particular.
We've seen how easily Hiro can be swayed by users, so should IDs and perhaps flags be implemented to catch or at least highly reduce samefagging attempts? It would definitely help Hiro by seeing just how many users actually want something instead of one dedicated user assuming multiple identities to get what he wants.
>>344707 Hiro and mods can already see what country you come from, and identify your posts. And even you can see by the IP count if a thread is made up of one person. Are you retarded? No, seriously, are you?
>>344727 That's why I suggested flags in brackets. They seem to be a controversial issue.
>>344711 Having a unique IP count only enables seeing just how many different people are in a thread, and not a reliable way to identify all the posts made by one person. Adding IDs will solve this problem.

Since /news/ is opening tomorrow or the next day, I think we should all agree which sites are the best in terms of actual content but also in how they reflect the core ideologies of 4chan.
In other words, no linking to sites such as kotaku (all Gawker media really), salon, the huffington post, and things like E! news and TMZ, which isn't news, just celebrity gossip. These sites have a history of controversy and agenda pushing, the least objective news sites in the world. Should not be tolerated by /news/. Maybe the mods can allow the posting, but we, as users, should... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
>>344692 >expecting the community to ignore shitposting You don't ask shit like that, it just happens
I agree mostly though, but its better to wait so we can see how its going to turn out, i get there are boards who are against some of these sources for their own reasons, but sometimes people hate something for no reason other than "its just how it is", i suggest we not doing any of that, not moving reputations or ideas from other boards and just let /news/ be its own thing,...
