I don't usually come here to throw a hissy fit that I was banned, as long as it's reasonable. Even if it's complete bullshit, I'm okay with it
But this, this is going too far. Some pissed off mod got so butthurt about the NX *possibly* being 900p, that he banned me and presumably everyone else in the thread for no reason, other than someone is speaking bad about his lord and savior Nintendo Here is the thread (my posts are specifically the one with the smug wojak and smug wojak with a mask) https://boards.fireden.net/v/thread/324993776/#324993776 None... I am unable to shitpost my awful opinions and image macros for two full and entire days. This is an outrage worse than actual human slavery. I have written a letter to my Congressman and you will ALSO be hearing from my VERY Jewish attorney.
Right now, /pol/ quickly devolves into /b/- and /int/-tier content and retarded memes, usually involving race, cucking, or "how can X women even compete" threads. Very little on-topic, informed discussion happens there about current events. I think I've gotten into one intelligent debate there in a year of browsing. At least on /k/ (the board I usually browse) yeah, there is banter, but we're at least staying on-topic and not just trying to win internet arguments with anonymous people online. I think this is a good model of what /pol/ could and should be.
Otherwise, /pol/ is not sustainable. Poor quality posts and memes from /pol/ quickly infest other boards. It's quickly becoming a cesspool.
I propose the following changes to fix this issue: >Strict enforcement of global rule #3 (no /b/-tier content: flames, racism, off-topic replies) >Strict enforcement of global rule #6 (quality of posts) >Strict enforcement of /pol/ rule #3 (pornography not permitted) >Replacing user's country flags and replacing them with selectable ones (USA, Confederacy, EU, Nazi, Communist, etc.)
Especially with the US elections coming up, it's going to get very stupid, very fast.

>>423818 But on /o/ you can have somewhat productive threads about types of cars, or on /k/ you have genuine discussion about weapons with a peppering of bantz and memes to keep it interesting. /pol/ degenerates into BUILD A WALL any time someone with a Mexican flag posts.
A question for the mods & janitors. Right now, /vr/ is in the middle of a shitposting war between two factions.
One group wants Xbox, PS2, Gamecube and GBA games to be allowed on /vr/, arguing that 15 years is old enough, that these systems can't be discussed on /v/, that "retro games" has an evolving meaning and that /vr/ discussion is getting stale.
The other group wants the rules to remain as they are, arguing that that these consoles have more in common with modern titles than older ones, that it's not their responsibility if /v/ is... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
I met Hiroyuki before he was administrator (in 2014). Moots retirement was announced and they were doing a questionnaire at the Kinokuniya in Osaka.
I went and had the opportunity to meet him. I told him that I really respected him and looked forward to him being our next administrator. He said that he'd love to but didn't know if he could do it. I responded, "Mr. Nishimura, I am too slow to follow." He got a blank look on his face and as I walked away I heard him mumble to himself, "Too slow too follow... Too slow too follow... Too slow too follow..."
Please do something about all the blatant Sanders/Trump threads that keep getting posted all over.
I can understand /b/ and /r9k/ since they're basically 4chan's toilets, but I'm sick of going on boards like /co/ and /v/ and seeing threads about these two every day, with the OP being something like "hurr what if trump/sanders won and blah blah [insert small fact that just barely references the board]?". If I want political discussion then I'll go to either /pol/ or /int/.
It's not even the primaries, yet these threads get posted... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
When is it going to be officially added that you're not allowed to post photos of your face on /r9k/?
There's tons of faggots from /soc/ constantly attention whoring who always try to say they're allowed because its not a face rating thread. We need a blanket rule that says if you post your face it's a bannable offense.
There's also entire threads derailed because some chick posted a photo and all the betas swarmed her begging for more.
