a month and a half ago someone posted a "your roll is how many pushups you have to do" thread
I could do 3. felt real bad so I decided it was time to do finally something about it.
with the encouragement of this board I just finished 50 pushups with 15 of them in one single go. thanks for the support everyone, you can do it too!
Do incline pushups until you can do real pushups, this is what most people recommend anyway. you don't want to force yourself to do pushups if its painful, you'll practice bad form to achieve it and fuck up your shoulders
you have to take days off to recover. but I have been keeping pace.
i remembered this 100 push up thing from a decade ago and have been following it with 1 or 2 days off in between http://www.hundredpushups.com/
bad bait. i started from 3 in a row and barely managed the lowest tier "week 1 day 1" which is 2-3-2-2-3 = 12
10-12-9-9-13 just a month later (I lied, I checked the logger and it was actually exactly 6.10 that I started) feels pretty damn good desu
spread out about ~20 minutes but yes, you do. a body that isn't used to physical activity needs time to recover. nothing is more stupid than overworking and injuring yourself.
i know but i like progressing through it and seeing my progress. it makes me happy
