You need you fix the alignment of your patella tendon.
your kneecap is tracking inward, which is pulling your femur inwards which causes the glutes to passively lengthen and become weak.
It also contributes to a collapsing arch in the foot.
fix that up so you are as strong as you can possibly be OP.
