if you got less than 8 hours of sleep, 7 hours of sleep. Could you take 20 minute naps every hour that you're awake to make up for that missed hour? Would your body be better if you did? I learned in biology that missing a certain amount of sleep disrupts your natural biological processes
I literally only got maybe an hour last night because I procrastinated studying.
Today is going to kill me.
It might help, but in the long run you will start to feel the lack of sleep. I'm operating on 5 hours right now and am not doing too bad, but will probably take a nap later and get more sleep tonight. If I were to to continue doing this for even another night or so, I would be in pretty bad shape.
