How old are you, man? I know you said you just ate a pizza, but if you want to out in size you have to eat, eat, eat. I had to drink 3 protein shakes a day (60g of protein per shake) along with the normal food I ate to achieve something close to the body I want. Keep lifting all of the major, compound movement - bench press, deadlifts, SQUATS, rows, pullups, power cleans, overhead press. Stick with those as the base of your workouts and then supplement them with isolation exercises (bicep curls, leg extensions, triceps press down). Stay away from cardio. Keep at it! Get enough sleep as well. 6.5/10

Mostly agree with you, except cardio is still important - obviously don't overdo it and eat more to offset the energy used up. Also unless you are on a cycle you really dont need more than 2g protein per pound of muscle - and that is a high level. Otherwise RIP kidneys

That's a bit excessive. Research has shown that the body can only make use of 20g of protein at any one time, and the rest it treats as normal calories and burns off or converts to fat stores. It would be more efficient for you to have a greater number of shakes, each containing less protein, and spread them more evenly throughout your day.
