>>22763174 I try and work out 5 times a week. I have a pretty set routine, but I am currently trying to add to it. I get through the boredom and repetition by sheer determination and iron willpower. For cardio I run in the summers, swim in the winter sometimes. I am fairly light on cardio.
You just got to get a routine and stick to it and do it if you want the results. My current problem is eating more calories than I burn.
>>22763526 Thanks for the info. I tend to eat pretty well, even though I eat out almost exclusively. Salads, grilled chicken, fish, pastas (easy on the olive oil FFS), rice, veggies, etc. I fucking love steak but don't eat it often at all; about four or five years ago my gut started... disliking... having 16+ oz of medium-rare run through. No idea why, but it has helped me stay around the 160-165 lb range without needing to work out a lot.
