Are the Patriots pretenders? Will the Broncos steamroll them in week 10 in Denver?
Quite likely. Patriots play Redskins, @Giants and Bills before that. Broncos have @Colts, Chiefs and @Bears.
The only possible loss I see here is @Colts and it's only because Peyton's Broncos have a tendency to choke against them.
>inb4 le Giants cycle meme
They have the worst pass defense and the worst pass rush in the league. I'll be surprised if Patriots score less than 40
Even if he comes back he won't be anywhere close to 100% after not having played for over 13 months. Look at how the Patriots still score 30+ every game even when Brady has 2 seconds to throw, imagine what they'll do when he has 4-5 and throws against a secondary that allows the most passing yards in the league
the patriots will never give up 52 points under BB. which is how much the giants would need to score to win
also, the patriots have faced a handful of good defenses and pass rushers so far. denver has has faced only 2 teams that weren't in the bottom 5 in defense. that's not a joke, every team they've faced outside of vikings/packers were a bottom 5 defense at the time, as will be the case again next week.
Well I'd say the Pats have the edge of being the better team, but they play in Denver so it's a wash. And that game will be important because it'll end up deciding who has first seed in the playoffs.
The Patshits are absolutely pretenders. They play in the AFC East for fucks sake and have a ridiculously easy schedule. Meanwhile the Broncos just steamrolled the best NFC team and made the best QB in the league look like an idiot while reviving Manning and making him a god again
Gaydy will get fucked by the Broncos D just like he always does against a good pass rush, it will make 07s exposure look like a fluke loss
>the state of the Patriots pass defense
>giving up 30 to the fucking Bills and almost losing
>barely beating an injury ridden Steelers
>barely beating the Jets who the Raiders just destroyed
>KEK WE"RE GOING TO KILL THE COLTS
>barely fucking win due to refball on the onside kick
>EVER beating Denver this year, especially at Mile High
grats on beating the Brandon Weeden Cowboys and the 3-4 Dolphins and Jaguars though
>I don't understand garbage time points
Confirmed for never watching football. Enjoy noodle mans arm come the end of November ;)
>hurr it doesnt actually count even if it makes it a one possession game late because i arbitrarily decide when the game is "over"!!
the Colts forced overtime with "garbage time points" just last night
>Brady playing the best football of his career
>Gronk healthy for a full year+
>best linebackers in the AFC
Patriots are better offensively this year than last year and it's noticeable. Weaker secondary, stronger pass rush.
The Broncos are forcing the Patriots to go for an undefeated season. Super Bowl 50 this year.. It's gonna be memorable
Plus aside from the loss of Solder, our offensive line will be a lot healthier. Bryan Stork back, will allow a very impressive Andrew move to guard.
Plus Shaq Mason, & Kline is improving.
So much depth senpai.
Not him but I'd guess he's saying the Broncos' record makes the Pats feel pressure to also stay undefeated, i.e. put the best foot forward as opposed to playing the season for the sole purpose of grabbing the owl.
They were the starting QBs the only times Tom has won in Denver. Hell this fucking guy beat Tom twice in Denver.
>exposes the defense
Homie, this is the best defense in the league by a mile. There's nothing to fuckin expose. Stop with this whole the Patriots are so great and nobodies gonna beat them attitude.
In all honesty, they probably will. The Pats offensive line is shit compared to GB and Brady can't dance around like Rodgers can in the pocket. The pass-rush is gonna eat Brady alive.
We'll see in week 12. Like I said, this team is unbeatable. Brady has a giant chip on his shoulder and is playing like he's never played in his career which is scary to think about. Broncos might be able to beat them because of the elite defense but it's more likely Brady shits all over them like he's done to every team they've played so far.
Brady? Oh yeah, we remember that motherfucker. We comin for him. And that shitty offensive line too. You thought what happen to Rodgers was bad? Brady gonna shit out a sack for the next when we done with him.
Why are we forgetting that there was a New England - Denver game last season, with Denver boasting a top 3 defense and an elite pass rush, that ended with Brady and the Patriots dropping 40+ on them?
