>Surpass Liverpool starting in 2009, giving them a shot at qualifying for the Champions League
>Arabs show up in Manchester and take the 4th spot away permanently
>Qualify for the Champions League in 2012 thanks to Chelsea having a bad year
>UEFA takes it away
>Develop two world-class players
>They both leave as soon as they get good
>12th-richest team in the world, but only 6th-richest in their own country
Must be agonizing to be eternally kind of good, but not good enough. Feel bad for them desu.
yeah they manage to build a decent team every once in a while but then prefer to cash in rather then to challenge for a title. still better than never having a good team in the first place tbf
>Spuds fan complaining
Try supporting this sack of shit. Dreading friday.
Liverpool especially if youngish, only vague memories of when you were somewhat good, therfore even 'muh history' brings you know real happiness and you only bring it up to win arguments and now you're stuck with being an eternally shit meme with 0 prospect of winning anything but the COC
Trying to ask this without sounding like a cheeky cunt, but do you reckon it's worse to be a fan of a team that has a fucking amazing history but basically no chance of replicating it, OR a club with no history and no chance of any better?
Because desu I do actually feel for Forest fans in that regard.
Only shirt I like as much as this one is the AC Milan shirt from 1991. Based shirt for a based team.
That will be the dream. Freedman doesn't have a prayer. He is also paying for years of dreadful management off the pitch too. Forest makes Leeds' situation look like a Rembrandt.I knew this season would be hard with so many first-teamers out until January but I could scarcely believe the performances would be this bad. Woeful tonight against a team that hadn't won at home all season.
When I began supporting them, Forest were a regular Prem fixture so I got a lingering taste of the good life. History doesn't count for shit when you're losing to a promoted team.
This is the club's 150th year and it's going to be a relegation.
Yeah the '91 AC Milan shirt and squad is among the GOAT.
>there are still Amerifats out there who bandwagon spurs because of their champions league run in 2011
No, Tottenham is just one of those teams that aren't Chelsea, United, Arsenal, etc. but are still good enough to be relevant and maybe be as good as one of those teams one day so Americans can justify bandwagoning them and claim they were fans before they were good
>but are still good enough to be relevant
I spend every week wanting to kill myself.
>Forest makes Leeds' situation look like a Rembrandt.
On the subject of Leeds, is anyone here going to try to buy shares in the team?
>tfw Charlton fan
>ten years ago we were at the level that the Croydon Pikeys or Leicester are at now
>Darren Bent, the Harry Kane of 2005
>BTFO Chelsea on Boxing Day
>Kept producing England players, even had a game at the Valley
>now we're just yet another mediocre Championship side
I was at Sunderland at 2-0 before the first half. Only a VERY small portion of fans were signing. The rest were silent. I actually think that's the only reason Everton conceded. The crowd and team got complacent. There has to be a specific set of shit to happen to actual get people to start singing and shit.
Also the stadium is old as fuck(sort of adds to the charm), but it's falling apart desu.
are you 'that flag'ing me?
The closest thing I have to a big team is that I quite like Spurs because my Uncle is a Spurs fan. I wouldn't wear their shirt or anything but I've been to White Hart Lane a couple of times and watch their games when they're on.
I know it's a bit gay, but I sort of feel the same. Everton till I die, but in big European competitions I root for Barca.Worldn't wear a shirt or anything (Unless I took a trip to Barcelona or something) Mostly just for MESSI MESSI MESSI.
>I wouldn't wear their shirt or anything
>Worldn't wear a shirt or anything
>But I also suport [Name rich team] as my "big club"
You're everything everyone hates about international fanbace
Looks like samefagging, but it isn't desu lad
Can't imagine it would look any worse than FAWAZ daubed across the shirt like it is now. Even sponsors are running away from Forest.
I won't forget how you battered us 4 times in a season and got promoted to the Prem.
