Because you took too long rather than getting on when it was announced.
>Expecting bookies to leave him listed for your convenience
It was a miracle they left him on there until this morning desu
>knows he's injured
>has to ask why he's not on there
wow lads skenderrrrrrrr playing tomozza, do you think they'll fix
>Yeah, but they would be working in Primark if they didnt go to uni.
They're doing the exact same after they graduate with their worthless degree though; or they're not working at all.
A graduate in Sociology or History of Art isn't going to be recruited by a firm with a graduate scheme. They will be working in McDonalds or Primark when they do manage to get a job. So why delay the inevitable and pay for them to mess about for 3 years at the taxpayer's expense?
Either go to university and study a degree where there is a job market, or do not go at all.
Maybe I should've have phrased it better but yes the middle class will benefit more than the working class. Mainly because universities are prominently middle class.
You do realise that in the UK if you can't afford to pay back the loan you don't have to and what's left gets written off after 30 years
Probably 80% I would say but only 50% of graduates are getting jobs that require a degree. So they might be more productive to the economy filling gaps in trade sectors where we have skill shortages
It is said that Robin Hood fought against the looting rulers and returned the loot to those who had been robbed, but that is not the meaning of the legend which has survived. He is remembered, not as a champion of property, but as a champion of need, not as a defender of the robbed, but as a provider of the poor. He is held to be the first man who assumed a halo of virtue by practicing charity with wealth which he did not own, by giving away goods which he had not produced, by making others pay for the luxury of his pity. He is the man who became the symbol of the idea that need, not achievement, is the source of rights, that we don’t have to produce, only to want, that the earned does not belong to us, but the unearned does. He became a justification for every mediocrity who, unable to make his own living, has demanded the power to dispose of the property of his betters, by proclaiming his willingness to devote his life to his inferiors at the price of robbing his superiors. It is this foulest of creatures — the double-parasite who lives on the sores of the poor and the blood of the rich — whom men have come to regard as a moral ideal. And this has brought us to a world where the more a man produces, the closer he comes to the loss of all his rights, until, if his ability is great enough, he becomes a rightless creature delivered as prey to any claimant — while in order to be placed above rights, above principles, above morality, placed where anything is permitted to him, even plunder and murder, all a man has to do is be in need. Do you wonder why the world is collapsing around us? That is what I am fighting… Until men learn that of all human symbols, Robin Hood is the most immoral and the most contemptible, there will be no justice on earth and no way for mankind to survive.
50% of all graduates, maybe. But much more from people graduating from good unis with good degrees. But again, my point is the people in stupid degrees arent suited to the trade sector anyway.
>being middle class assumes that the family have money and don't need to work
The government lose far more money on those loans than they get back through interest. The interest is relatively small compared to regular loans, and epople don't even pay it back until they earn a fairly tidy sum. Most of it is going to be written off anyway.
The only winners are the universities themselves.
>betting on Bayern
Goal shy Bayern haven't scored in more than TWO hours of football, they haven't shown any improvement in their home form all season and Joel Campbell has NEVER been on the losing side against Bayern.
Arsenal @ 8.5 is THE bet
Troicki has cost me unreal amounts of money from choking so it's always good practice to lay him whenever possible.
>Leading 5-3, serving for the match against Mannarino
>40-15 in the last
>Oh this is in the bag
>Come back to see he lost 7-5
I've never felt so betrayed
I haven't been paying attention to the champions league this season so I thought tonight's games were the 2nd leg in the round after group stage so I put my risk free inplay bet on Bayern 4-1 thinking they'll be gunning for it so they don't lose on aggregate
Reminder most of you pay £70 a month for pictures of this in a "betting" group.
dominating so far, should have made a goal on atleast 2 occasions. Valencia reduced to defending mostly.
However wouldnt bet on it myself, but predicting a gent implosion in 2nd half
Who comfy here?
On a side note I'm on a streak of 10 or so winning tips posted on /bet/ atm.
Long story but I blew my 4 figure roll recently ~>7k and had to start from scratch and got my roll up to 4 figures again ~1.4k only to blow it again so I only had 21 quid on it because I've a deposit limit on my account. Tears at me but I've learned my lessons (I hope).
iktfb, same thing happened to me last year when i started out.. luckily my chase match was the chelsea vs slippard one, where i went MEGA on chelsea @ 5.5 or something.. took my winnings and quit for a while after that, and now i'm way more stable
here is two otters for good luck
Why are you laughing?
I didn't take him but anyone who did would surely have taken FGS which voids the second the first goal is scored as long as he isn't on the pitch and we're 5 goals deep now.
I was waiting for the cash out to get to over 200, it was at 197
karma for those 2 winning tips i posted today tbqh
>tfw we're even beating the bookies on mainstream
feels like EVERYONE in /bet/ was on the right bets tonight tbqfiim (to be quite frank if i may)
What's the smallest starting capital you guys managed to build your bankroll back up from? I've never thought the day will come, but I'm left with 35$. I'm not sure if I can make it anymore...
I hope so. I blew 3k on betting on UFC for fun 3 weeks ago and then lost a fortune on footie unders trying to chase losses. I wouldn't even come back here if I wasn't in such a mess.
>yesterday: 1 goal short of €250
>today: 2 goals short of €1k
you can def make it anon, went from 50->340 in a week, then later started clean from 100, made it to 570 in 3 world days, got too confident and got to like 180 by betting too many matches on a bad day. slowly got back on track and now bayern pushed me up to where i was
just be patient and don't get too carried away if you happen to start winning, and maybe you'll live the slav dream
You degens will never have longterm success if you can't deal with real bankroll management, i started with 100 euro in february using a 5% flat stake. Now at 3200 euro roll and using a 2% flat stake and many lessons learnt about improving my betting, future is looking bright since i actually bothered to learn to bet the grinding way instead of thrill seeking. Yes it's boring at times, it's also rewarding as fuck feeling shrewd.
Totally missing the point, it is a matter of learning to bet. Increasing your roll over 3000% is great using a disciplined staking plan, not to mention the things i learnt during this time period without endangering my other finances. If i can keep even half the pace of return of investment in the next year i'll be looking at a real roll to actually matter as a source of income.

Who else do you want?
Last couple months I've been living in absolute Slav paradise. I even made financial responsibilities that I don't know how on earth am I going to cover now.
All those moments... will be lost in time, like tears in rain... Time to die.
Euan is honestly the best we have. His recent record has been fantastic. I have no problem placing him above JWest and BT if he keeps this up.
Euan might be the shrewdest we have ever had, we would be wise not to drive him away lids.
Best for me in recent months has been czech, austrian and slovak lower divisions and youth leagues. I see if i can find good bets all over though then if i consistently see i can't i start cutting leagues from my view, first ones to go since long ago were things like top divisions in france, england, germany. Trial an error way of finding value bets. Also i place most of my bets between the 15-40 minute and almost stopped placing goal line bets. All these guidelines possible to be exempted though if a real value bet is present.
What about you?
I haven't bet much at all recently. I still lurk here for the unreal banter and if someone posts a WORLD handball tip.
Over summer I made insane amounts (for me personally) on friendlies, youth/womens tournaments, Iceland/Estonian/Finnish football.
I seem to have lost a passion for it desu.
Stats combined with rball on those games where there is no info, could be a mug method but it's about interpreting the stats the right way as well not just wanting to see someting so you can have a bet. Sometimes the rball is fucked though so you can fall into trap, by now i've even learnt some teams which usually have shitty rball reporting/rball traps. Maybe it depends on the guy doing it.
Lads, I feel like it's that time of the week to post some of your rarest ROSSY BOY pics.
In my experience value is mostly found either in prestaking just when odds are out or in livebetting where odds move fast or the odds don't react to what is happening in the match. It takes practice to do it just start with smaller sums and keep a record of what you are doing. Then evaluate and kill your darlings just cut the non profitable shit and "for fun" bets if you are serious about gaining money.
tfw you thought live-in-play dota was supposed to be easy money
Ok boys heres my tip.
Match: Wealdstone (15th National League South, 5 leagues below the Premierleague) VS Colchester (16th League 1, 2 leagues below the Premierleague). This is an FA Cup game.
Wrote the leagues for Americans/other countries.
The obvious thing people will think is Colchester won’t play a strong team however looking at past FA Cup games they have and I strongly expect them to again. Last year Colchester played Gosport Borough (currently 10th in the same league as Wealdstone) from the same league as Wealdstone and won 6-3. Match report is here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/29907434 . They played a first team throughout.
The main striker at the moment, Marvin Sordell (ex Bournemouth) started his career at Wealdstone and was tweeting hoping to get them in the cup. “Ready for this #FACupDraw now! Who does everybody want? Wealdstone, Lu**n or That other team in Essex will do for me”, “Can't wait to come up against this "Welsh" ledge jonathanorth on Saturday” https://twitter.com/MarvinSordell
Sordell anytime is at @2.4 which will be free money. Also go cheeky on 2 or more @9 on Skybet and Hatrick @50 on Skybet.
Colchester to win is @1.85 on Marathon and @1.75 on 365. Again this is free money.
Also take Colchester to score O2.5 @ 3.64 on Marathon and go cheeky on O3.5 @8 and O4.5 @19 on 365. Think they’ll easily score 4 atleast. These are better than handicaps because Colchester’s defense is awful whereas they have tons of players chipping in goals (Sordell, Harriot, Moncur, Massey, Ambrose). Colchester recently put 4 past Walsall who are top of the league.
Colchester has sold out its tickets for this game before they went on general sale, fans have been buying home tickets as well so expecting a big Colchester following for this.
BTW, consider a draw in the Copa MX in regular time today.
Go small if you want to try this but it's likely since it's a final and they usually pull this crap for le ebin emotions in the final.
i wouldn't bet on the hawks yet, can't be trusted after losing to pistons although they have won every game since. they should win (and cover the spread) since they are playing a winless brooklyn team at home
>How else do you come up with bets
all this just determine that Bayern were going to shit stomp arsenal
>implying I didn't calculate in the fix
the fixing term -Bmc^2 is clearly visible in the 5th line slug
I might start trying this then. I seem just just choose haphazard amounts based on how I'm feeling or if the stake will round the rest of my account down to a nice, even number.
Would 5% be too high to start with? Better off with 2 or 3?
5% is fine.
You can still have small, medium, LARGE stakes if you want. Just dont do your whole roll.
NEVER bet more than 10%.
I bet 10% on some thing, which was a special stake for me.
Japan women vs. Colombia women in the summer was insane for example so I had a lot of special stakes on that.
What is your current roll m8
>fedgoat looked back in business against seppi
>line vs big john isner at 25 games
>fed's return game
>slower courts in paris
if fed plays like he did yesterday we shouldn't even see a tie-break, hope it wasn't the last flicker of a dying flame
it's time to ride the unders wave once again fellas
Cool. You really need to find a league or two to focus on and find value.
I am >>63329927 and recently havent bet much, but I had these over summer.
I started with £200, as the 5% bet is £10 so you dont feel like you are betting too little.
Need LeBron 3 like air
>he's hit 2 threes all year
Kelly criterion is objectively the superior staking system
>V. Williams Vs. Literal Who
How is Zheng even in this tournament?
Why shouldn't I BR Venus -8 @ 3.4?
>bankrolling that of all things
suarrez navarro DOUBLE bageled petkovic despite being an almost even odds, i wouldn't be surprised if she drops a set just because she's venus williams in late years
Was on the little carpet muncher to take her in 2 sets @ 2.6. Would have taken Navarro -6 but my books only offered -3.5
>i wouldn't be surprised if she drops a set just because she's venus williams in late years
Clear that you don't follow tennis. Zheng is an ITF tour scrub whose been dropping even those lately. My post was a legit question as I'm flummoxed how she's even IN this tournament
I keep having nightmares about the moment the cash out button suspended and then bayern scored a 5th goal in the 89th minute

I know I did ;)

Is your life so void of value and true meaning that you need to tell a Micronesian Clay Sculpting board that you bet on a fix to make you feel good?
Read a book please.
