Gather up, young 'uns! This here bunker be one that has been held by 'em keios peepul fer years, so high command says we can use it as our base of opereishuns. We just gotta make sure there be no more o' 'em enemies hiding in there, an' we can start makin' it a good place 'ta stay.
To get a little discussion going, I have a question about kitbashing. I've decided I'm going to use the primitive griffin (picrelated) as the base of my Swordsman kitbash. The torso, legs, and LRM pod all work basically perfectly. However, I'm running into issues with the arms and torso cannon. I think the Helepolis arm would work, but I don't know if I can reverse the arm effectively.
Is there a better arm for this? Additionally, what's a good choice for the shoulder barrel?
Well my mahou shoujo rpg is progressing, the ruls for despair got a little tweak and are now finished. Next I will go through rules for powers to see that they're still ok.
I realized though that I'll need to make a character sheet, and am now trying to decide if I should just put together something in photoshop that'll probably pixelate nicely when printed, or if I should try to make it with openoffice writer's shape tools which are sadly lacking.

Why SHOULD witches be divine casters? They get their powers from an outsider... that's different than a god, right? Their powers also aren't really a matter of faith (unless their patron deems it necessary).

>>43667676 >no "F" >both stores near me suck for different reasons The one is a treasure trove of materials; games, minis, books, etc. No space to play, and owned/operated by a 60 year old dude who would rather sit around their one table, play the world's most drawn-out game of MtG, and ignore customers. The other is run by young guys in their 20s and early 30s (unsure if they are the owners or who is) who do the same thing, essentially. Or if they aren't ignoring you, they are pushing product on you that you weren't even looking at. When you go to check out, they ring you up fast, and god forbid you ask them a question about a product or game; you're taking away their precious Magic time!
I've been trying to get back into the game and I haven't played competitively since 5th (although I know the 7th ruleset). Getting into tau with the codex updates, and I'm having trouble finding resources, where would be the best place for competitive lists atm?
Also what is the standard procedure for deployment/objectives? I haven't played non-apoc since 5th where it was D3 for deployment/objective and I could see players minimizing the huge list of objectives. Want to be prepared if I walk in to my local shop for a pick up game.
What character wants to kill you, or at the very least make your life a living hell? Maybe you're the one trying to drive them to ruin, plotting ways to make them pay for some crime they committed, some offense they made against you and yours?
Who is on your list, and who's list are you on?

Werewolf: Constantly-smiling corporate manager fellow who's obviously involved with some heinous spirit shit but I can't find proof yet.
Promethean: The Osirian Magneto to my Tammuz Professor X; we've actually cooperated every time we meet and generally respect each other, but some day I'm probably gonna have to punch his head off so he won't take over the world.
All of it. My campaign's plot generally has some metaplot stuff I've written up, but a lot of it will be tied to the party and who the characters are. It's a lot more fun that way. Sometimes the story arc will retroactively become about them after they've written their backstories because it fits better.
>>43659733 Actually from further reading, Solitaires aren't blanks just that direct assaults to their mind doesn't work. So they're immune to Telepathic discipline, because their mental landscape is depressing.
I do like the Shadow Seer, and that might be what happens if you choose Warlock as Harlequin. Instead focusing on raining death, you'd be focusing on illusion.
I'll be changing up Solitaries so that they're not Psyker blanks. Just that their immune... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
> Welcome to the Xavier Institute of Higher Learning!
You look over those words, reading them again and again. Everyone knew what the Xavier school actually was. It was a school for mutants, it was the home of the X-Men, and soon enough, it’d be your home as well. You felt a sensation you couldn’t really describe. The man driving the car, although you didn’t truly get a good look at him, had given you the tablet as soon as you’d gotten in the car, and then he didn’t say a word for most of the drive. The screen displayed a decorated supposed explanation of what your life was going to be like now that you’re a mutant. You take a deep breath, determined to at least read past the title.
> ‘Your enrollment at the school means that, like most everyone else at the institute, you’re a mutant. Now, while this may seem scary, or insane, it’s nothing to be worried about. While your new found abilities may seem like a curse, you’ll soon come to find exactly how the can be a blessing. Every member of the staff has been where you are, terrified and unsure, and while it may seem like the end of your life, you’ll be glad to know, it’s not! Now, assuming you’ve calmed down, we need to handle the details!”
You scroll down a little more, past the pictures of lakes and the mansion itself, to a page filled with fillable options, asking all about your life. You glance at them for a moment, thinking about how you got to where you are.
