I made some customs, you like?
Here's a different pic, fam. New to /toy/ so constructive critique welcomed.
What are the best Halo figures, any lines to avoid/ specifically go for?
Are there any Warthogs made in the same size as the figure lines?
Tons of stuff just got revealed at New York Comic Con. Seems like a lot of those Cybercast rumors ended up true.
>leaked listing for leader class powermaster prime
>voyager(?) skullcruncher and hardhead
>headmaster galvatron with cannon mode, possibly third spaceship mode judging by the kibble. Headmaster vaguely resembles megatron.
>astrotrain-looking headmaster "sentinel prime", white and red, looks different from...

After seeing Hasbros hard head have no interest in the FP offering. Also looking at skullcrunchers pic again I wonder of that green thing on top of the tail gun could be used as a sword handle. It looks like it can flip.
This is so refreshing after combiner wars, yet what i'm most excited for is the possible Minerva repaint from Nightbeat.
Yay or Nay?

LOLSOCRAZY two pack edition
No idea if this is the usual female ass, but well done Matty.
Does anyone have one?
Is it worth getting?
Tiny af, travels at 6000 mph resulting in crashes, won't stop wobbling, and the sounds emit from your phone instead of the actual droid. Not worth the 150 USD price tag from what I've seen.
From now til the 14th is 2x points month at the Lego Store. A perfect time to pick up some sets.

Anyone interested in a boxed, unopened Nidhiki, Roodaka or Keetongu?
Boxes are in really good shape
Would be interested in selling or trades, maybe even for a mask collection.
Bionicle 2008 thread?
Can anyone identify the line this figure comes from? The paint is making me think it's a model kit but I'm ultimately unsure.
Hard to really identify it for certain from that angle and without a point of reference for size. There's a lot of different lines that have Scopedog figures and models and the only way to really differentiate them is size and the small differences in proportions, etc.
I'm assuming you've already reverse image searched it and that was fruitless, but you could narrow it down pretty well probably by just googling around for the different lines of VOTOMS figures and figuring out which ones did...

Thanks. This is the only thing I've found so far that kinda matches it in terms of accessories: http://myfigurecollection.net/item/309310
But it doesn't have those vents on the inside of the lower legs. Maybe this is just a custom or something. This picture was taken at the 2013 Winter WonFes.
The Takara ones have a much different (smoother) paint texture, and the weathing is heavier with a lot of chips and silver showing.
It's definitely none of the ATs in pic related - stuff like the riveting around the pauldrons, the vents on the legs etc. mean it's more than just a regular model dolled up for convention.
I enjoyed the season premier just now.
Also I drybrushed my agent venom, pretty pleased with it.
Post toys with subpar, hilariously bad or downright atrocious quality control. Could be something you own or a toy you saw in store.
So, I got the first MU Jubilee on the left with her extreme wall eyes. More recently I got a lot of 4 MUs and it included another Jubilee, so yay I'd finally have a good one of her. That would be the one on the left.
It's a good thing I normally just have her in the hands of a Sentinel facing away from any camera...
Would you buy a figma of one punch man? I think it could be a pretty interesting line
This is /toy/ related I suppose.
I'm getting into /toy/s, and I plan on getting into Figma, Neca, SH Figuarts, Star Wars black series, Marvel (Legends infinite series) and DC (Icons).
I have two questions, and I'm pretty sure the answers are subjective:
1. In your opinion, which one should I get started first?
2. Do you guys even play with your /toy/s?
1. Get which IPs and designs you like. Order doesn't matter. However, I feel like you'd appreciate the articulation more if you started Black series and ended with Figuarts or Figma with the rest being interchangable in the middle.
2. 'play' is also subjective. I pose my toys and take pictures of them, and I do this pretty often, but is that really 'playing' with them? Did you mean crashing them together and making sound effects?
Going to visit some cousins this christmas and i'm trying to plan ahead for some sweet gifts. I just got a new job which pays great so I'm willing to spend a hundred or two.
The cousins i'm visiting are 16, 21 and 23, and the two younger ones love games and watching twitch streams. There will also be parents and grandparents there...
They live out in the mountains so there's tons of open space. My first idea was a ping pong table but they're expensive and will get rained on. Any suggestions?
Second idea was a trampoline but they apparently had one and it kept getting blown over in the wind.
My current idea is buying some of these light strike guns, basically lazer tag without the vests. They were sold at wal-mart but the company went out of business... The reviews are great. Guns seem to go for $40 each. I would buy 4, 3 for the cousins and then one for me that i would leave with them (enough for 2v2 after i leave)
Possible problems: too kiddy. Anyone have experience with these, or some other suggestions?
what toys are you getting at new york comic con this weekend?
