Pic is my favorite toy purchase of 2015. I love everything about it, might even get a second one. No disappointments this year, I was pretty selective and didnt buy much. Most hyped for all the Robot Damashii Iron Blooded Orphans releases.
Didn't buy much, but, >Toy of the year Revolmini Venom Snake >Disappointment of the year Everything was better than expected because I keep my standards low before arrival as not to be disappointed, but if I had to choose something, I'd go with World of Nintendo Fox. >Most hype toy for 2016 SH Figuarts Bruce Lee so far
So, I found this guy recently. Some of the plastic feels like the kind you usually get with knockoffs. Joints are loose in some spots as well, but that could just be an age issue for all I know. Does anyone know if Microman Reflector ever got the bootleg treatment, or do I have the original and the plastic is just crappy like that?
>>5370077 You could probably just find a lot of the earlier waves at TrU, Target, or Walmart.
I'm in the U.S., so it may be different, but I can still easily find all of Menasor's components, a few of the Aerialbot limbs, all of the Wave 4 limbs, and Battle Core Op very easily.
The only issue I've ever had was finding the Protectobot limbs and Hotspot/Cyclonus. I have no idea what was up with that, because it's almost as if stores got ONE shipment of that wave and immediately moved on to Battle... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.

...Meanwhile, I have to hide my power level and refrain from sperging on about Sonicos and Drossels...
What would you do in the situation? Just talk about normal toy shit with the coworkers, or progress it into a super nerd conversation?
>>5370042 I just wouldn't talk about it. Not to hide your hobby but just because talking about toys with people who don't collect is generally crap.
I mean I talk to my closer friends about it but I probably wouldn't talk about it to coworkers. Everyone is just like "This is worth so much money! When are you going to sell??" and stuff like that. It's hard to convince someone who doesn't collect that buying toys for investment is stupid and that not everything they played with as a... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
>>5369624 Either version of the Revoltech Snake is arguably the best in terms of articulation, accessories, and likeness for Naked Snake/Big Boss. The figma Solid Snake, while notorious for shit paint apps in the face, is still the best representation of Solid in 1/12 thus far. The Revolminis are quite good as well but they're in 1/18 scale.
