>>5418086 I've never had a girlfriend anons. I'm so lonely and buy more things to make myself feel better. How do I get a GF that is okay with toy collecting? I'm going to off myself in a couple years at this rate, I'm so fucking lonely
>>5417814 I had a small purple one, he was incredibly fun until he got tangled beyond repair. Iirc there were a few different sizes, from 20cm~ to the size of a small child. There were bootlegs too.
Around the same time there was this hand puppet bird plush that was everywhere for a bit. It had a large yellow/orange beak which you controlled with you hand, and squeaked like a dying crow when you squeezed it.
I still have a burn mark on the back of my hand from when 5 yr old me decided to iron my bird while my hand... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
I need help. I want to surprise my boyfriend with a custom alternative costume for his Rin Tohsaka Real Action Heroes doll. The problem is he lives in a different city, and I have three days to make the costume.
If any of you have a RAH with a female body, can you provide me with the doll's bust, waist, hips, bust to waist length, arm length (shoulder to wrists and doll's height in cm? I'll be really thankful and will post the dress pattern here. I'm making a maid dress and a kimono!
>My daughter, Jordan, started asking me why her dolls don't look just like her when she was four years old. We had just purchased her first Bitty Baby from Chicago's American Girl Store. She had a matching outfit. They had the same hair color.
>The problem? Jordan was born with one hand and she has always wanted one of her American Girl dolls to look just like her. For now, that is not possible. Limb difference parents from across the country have requested the consideration... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
>>5417221 Bullshit. If you say you're typing in Real Action Heroes Ultraman type 2.0 A type, and you get 0 results, then you are flat out lying. Furthermore, if you go to one of those links, and copy the moonrunes and do another search with them, you'll find DOZENS of links to japanese blogs/review sites, all with pix and reviews of that exact figure.
Stop making excuses, stop lying, and put a little effort into it you lazy self-entitled faggot.
went to a flea market and spotted a broken toy of a figure that looked like noodle from gorillazwas missing an arm but had some nice clear stripper heels on it,anybody know what toyline the figure i saw was from and who makes it?
>>5416488 Is this thing going to be available stateside? I guess I wouldn't mind importing it if the price is right. Really wish they packaged almost any other figure than Hot Rod, though. Wasn't like, fucking everyone on the Junk planet when the Junkions were introduced? Kup, Arcee, Springer... hell, it'd be awesome if they redid the packaging a bit and put Ultra Magnus in there.
First-time figure buyer here. I recently preordered pic related (Parfom Aigis, in case you're wondering) and it says on AmiAmi that she'll be in stock "February 2016". The question I have is: When exactly in February? Does GSC usually send them out to stores early or later in the month?
I assume AmiAmi will get them, request payment and send as soon as payment is confirmed but correct me if I fucked up.
>>5416445 GSC releases specific dates as they go. Go to their website, you should see posts for releases in January right now.
Also I've not been very impressed by Parfom. I got Yuudachi and while her accessory count is fantastic, her articulation, isn't so much. She has balljoints for wrist, ankles, and worst of all the head. And they all have piss poor range of movement. On top of that the knees can barely do a 90 degree bend.
Hey guys, I thought I'd ask some /toy/ experts about this. I'd been wondering who makes the most realistic and flexible action figures on the market. I could use one to help me figure out poses for drawing, and it'll be good to have a 3d model instead of working from photos. And I don't exactly have the funds to hire a live model every day.
I'm really looking for flexibility and affordability. I don't need it to be a blank mannequin, necessarily. Any character would do. But good muscle definition would be a plus.
I have considered the Armature 9 figures, which look pretty fantastic and have a lot of different parts. It's got a poseable thumb which is rad as hell. The only real problem is that it's 190 bucks and doesn't really have any muscle detail anywhere. It's a fantastic skeleton though.
