>>6001284 Toys aren't an investment. They will never be an investment. Anyone who collects is doing it because they like looking at their collection grow or to play with them but if you have any ideas that your collection is "valuable", then you're gonna be sorely disappointed. You will mostly break even. Even if your piece of plastic goes up from $20 retail upto $60 like in the case of some Marvel Legends, you're making $40 profit. It's not worth it in terms of opportunity cost at all
So let me get this straight. The Owner/Admin of this entire website states he's allowed one thread per board to discuss that board, rules and board culture that apply to it, and the Mods/Janitors delete that thread? What the fuck guys? Do you not know how to listen to what's been said to you via the Admin? Seriously? The fucking owner of the fucking site has given his official OK to allow this. Why are you stifling us?
Janitor is a Christian, and all religious people are selfish mean-spirited assholes that don't care about other people. You can't reason with them. Best to wait for them to die so they can find that heaven isn't real and that their life-long belief was fake. Like they care, they're all massive sinners that don't follow their own rules anyway.
Several years trapped in economical depression has made this poorfag's list quite extensive. Mostly is old stuff that I still want but could never get it, but for things to be released I think that Bloodborne figma.
Open it but keep the box and store it away safely in a closet or similar non-damp place. Having the box can help certain figures retain their value or provide an easy means of storing the figure and all it's parts if you decide to move.
You're buying these things to display them, set aside an area on your desk/shelf in your room or man(or girl)cave, pose it so it looks nice or cool (or cute) and enjoy it. Make sure you're not putting it anywhere that would expose it to: >extreme heat >UV rays (avoid... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
I'd say take it out and play with it, especially since it's Japanese and you can put it back if you eventually sell it but no matter what you choose just be true to yourself and just know that we love you and we're proud of you, faggot.
The tracks on the BWE feel unfinished, what with the axles sticking out and that big plate looking like an afterthought. Also I really can't get over how the set is just a tad under minifig scale. It's a serious missed opportunity.
So I have been debating on just getting the reissued Legacy series (2015) of the instead of waiting for the Bandai Tamashii Nations Soul of Chogokin Mighty Morphing Power Rangers Action Figure that is supposed to come out in July of next year. Do you think it would be worth the wait and the extra money?
I could get the Megazord and the Dragonzord for about 400 total but the GX-72 is 299 but it's beautiful.
Also, if I do go with the Legacy line, should I go for the 2013 20th anniversary or just go for the re releases? The goal is to get an Ultrazord if I didn't... Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
>>6025769 Eh, I don't really like the look of the official Devastators. Too many hollow parts, weird combined proportions, and the UW version is more expensive to get here in the UK than second-hand Hercules. I can see the appeal (very G1 accurate, surprisingly poseable combined mode etc) but...nah, he's not for me.
Can't believe that /toy/ doesn't talk about Motuc. I know that these figures can be considered as statueshit, because of their lacks of posability, but come on ! Finally, we can buy a Teela or a Ram-Man at decent prices, and I assure you that this is our last chance. Hop in, motherfuckers ! http://super7store.com/collections/all/Classics
>>6025354 Meh, I might get Teela for the blond head but I'd much rather a good Filmation or 200X version. Too bad they just crashed the market for the original (I ended up with 2 due to a rushed checkout back in the day).

Anyone know of any 3 3/4 inch figures with similar articulation to this? I just need a decent body with good articulation in this scale. I'm one of the few people that seems to hate ball joints, so the main criteria include hinge joints for the shoulders and hips, but still has thigh and bicep swivels. Thanks.

Well, this is it. I'm set up for a half a year worth of supplies and I shouldn't buy more stuff anyway for my own good. I'm gonna start the t-90ms but still haven't decided how to paint and weather it. >>6016010 >t-90 Ah, I see you are a man of taste.jpg That's a cute model with the leds

ITT old/cheap/lower-quality action figures that you love
I own the Neca, Revoltech and Figuarts TMNT figures, but there's just something so utterly charming about the original Playmates line, particularly the turtles themselves. I think they might still be my favorite TMNT figures.
>>5995751 I was going to make a TMNT general thread earlier but then I realized how quickly people would bitch about the quality and autistic I am for collecting the TMNT 2012 line and the re-release of the original line.
What are your thoughts about collecting variants of the same turtle? I mainly have different variations of Donatello since he's my favorite.
This is a thread dedicated to the MoMo (Mobil-Movementess) figures created by Masahiro Shimamoto (Optune) and made by Original effect Other figures from OE are discussed here, also any Robot girls figures are welcomed too.
