Am I a pleb for liking his films purely for the pretty colors and the synth soundtracks?
what is the project you wanted to see in the theater, but was never made?
My pick is Paul Verhoeven's Crusade, starring Arnie. A 130M dollar (huge budget in the early 1990s) epic period film, Spartacus meets Conan the Barbarian set during the crusades.
Wtf I love anime now

Why aren't you watching the best comedy currently on TV?
Just marathoned this. Any more like it?
Which do I start next? I've finished all of Star Trek, all of Dark Matter since it was only two seasons, the season of Firefly, and have seen various episodes of Battlestar and Stargate years ago on Syfy, but never made a true commitment.
I'd prefer something closer to Dark Matter, where's its more of a group of renegade/rogue type people on a smaller ship, rather than something comparatively "sterile" like Star Trek.
Leverage is probably one of the best done tv series I've ever seen, and I've seen everything else you have.
The Unit's probably the best if not only Operator show, lost is just lost, and Bleach is an anime but it's a good one.
I've seen the Unit, watched it with my dad.
I've never seen Lost but had most of it spoiled here already.
Not really a fan of the more supernatural/fantastical anime.
Was mostly going for space-related or sci-fi stuff, but appreciate the suggestions.
Why are Millennials not going to the theaters anymore?
He clearly ran out of ideas a long time ago so why does he continue making films? Why do Directors insist on bogging down their filmography with drivel just to stay relevant?
Just saw an early teaser of Wonder Gal
I am genuinely like her acting.
Marvel just announced plans to continue their MCU into the 2020s. Do you think superhero movies will remain profitable for that long?
over the next two years people will be burned out on superhero movies and nerd culture, which would mean more quality in movies, comics and video games because the big companies will realize the masses dont care anymore. If this actually happens i would be the happiest person on earth
Does anyone actually enjoy his movies?
Can /tv/ finally admit that Attack of the Clones was good?
Its only redeeming factors are Padme's costumes and that it finally began the Clone Wars. Besides that, it's not only the worst of the Star Wars franchise, but easily one of the most poorly-constructed movies ever. It makes The Phantom Menace look like a competently made movie by comparison, because for all its problems, at least it has something resembling coherent plot structure. AotC just kind of stumbles around drunkenly until it ends.
Holy shit yesterday's episode had me G A G G I N G!
These are literally the best 15 minutes of reality tv ever.
Fuck off. Just say drag queens instead of shemale or tranny every time you start this thread. And while I happen to agree with you that lip sync and elimination doesn't mean shit to an outsider of the show.
>There will never be another film in Middle Earth ever again
ITT : Proper casting
Will Evil Dead 2 be a comedy like the original was?
And will the third one be a spoof?
the 1st one tried to be serious and ended up being goofy
the 2nd one Raimi decided to say "i was just pretending to be retarded, this movie will be even more retarded"
the 3rd one went full spoof, like you say
all three are great but for different reasons
i like the 3rd one more, because Raimi knew what to do, the tone was solid.
Is /tv/ ready for Natalie Portman's 2nd Oscar win?
Today's acts on The Gong Show.
What did you think about her nude scene?
>kissing scene comes up
>watch something else
>knows for a fact that the Ancient Egyptian Gods are real
>is a Muslim
why do amateur films have that weird "soap opera" feel to them? how do you avoid it
Why didn't you watch Revolution?
>nanomachines that block every single piece of technology
>people start chimping out as if the existing firearms that do not rely on tech would not be able to mow them down
>all of this because MUH son
Who will play him in the inevitable biopic? First mass shooter to get away with it and swinging the election for trump. Now thats great material
