Honestly, before casting ScarJo, didn't they at least THINK about this much better fit for the Major?
>hey guys who do we cast for our movie?
>we need a high-profile name actress to guarantee bank
>hey let's pick some literally who from a cancelled tv show!
This is why you faggots won't be CSA anytime soon
ITT: great obscure films.
To have some kind of idea of what "obscure" means there is one rule, must have under 2000 ratings on imdb. I hope we can help each other find some very good films.
>they never come back as... BOYS!
Jesus fuck. Anybody else get freaked out by Coachman as a child?
This movie freaked me out on white men in general. Y'all niggas really do get red like that sometimes.
Cast him in your favorite shows
Wasn't this show supposed to be good?
Also am I seriously expected to believe that at some point in time this manlet poo-in-loo slept with these white attractive women?
>Zombie apocalypse movie/TV show
>Women are portrayed as take no prisoners asskickers
Let's talk about what would ACTUALLY happen to women during a real zombie apocalypse
If The Walking Dead gets to The Whisperers, you're gonna have a laugh over why a woman stays in power. (hint: it's because she has a 7 foot tall monster who has a crush on her).Though the police hospital arc in the show alluded to women being at the mercy of men.
Do you think this deserves 25% on RT?
This. Yes a lot wanted to get to the route of what caused the apocalypse but that is not what this film was about. It was about the survival of these people and the psychological effects of being stuck underground for so long.
>If your drill says 'Binford'... GET OUT OF THE HOUSE, TOOLS AREN'T SUPPOSED TO TALK TO YA!
What did Tim "The Toolman" Taylor mean by this?
Are we supposed to believe he dated beautiful women in the first place?
Please help me, i can't find a torrent for this anywhere
>Darth Vader=Dark Invader
What did Lucas mean by this?
He is dark, for he succumbed to the Dark Side.
He is an Invader, since the Empire is a new, dominating force that reared its head only recently, and things were different before them, before the "Dark" times.
Me on the left.
What different types of vampires are there in film and TV. I find that many vamp movies never give us clear rules on the universe
every movie sets up its own rules so I'm at a loss as to how anyone could answer your question.
On a side note, the only proper way to kill a vampire is a stake through the heart AND cutting off the head. You shouldn't be able to just stake them and they certainly shouldn't burst into fucking flames.
Also, the best depiction of turning includes vomiting up ALL the blood that's in their bodies. That's the blood of a deceased human and must be expelled.
Only Lovers Left Alive were the best Vampires.
>Hipster Vamps ftw
>This won an Oscar
You have ten seconds to name something scarier than the Scottish Mob
>beautiful visuals ar real locations
>effects and practices that set an industry standard for the next decade
>cutting-edge CGI that still looks good
>meticulous attention to lore detail and story
>collective effort of literally hundreds of Tolkien fans
>some of the best minature and set work in years

HOW did they fuck it up THIS bad?
What's a happy ending?
a ending where the main characters succeeds with his or hers goal without much harm falling to them or the people they love. A bittersweet ending is the main character succeeding or partly succeeding with their goal but them or their loves ones may be hurt in the process
>main character dying
>main character's friend/love interest dying while he lives
>main character becoming immortal (NOT protrayed as a good thing)
>main character didn't really exist
Prove that these aren't the best ways to end a film. I'll wait.
Happy endings are the pleb endings.
Why did Lime call Martins over from the beginning if he was gonna play dead the whole time? Did he want to get caught deep down?
Why do Brits rule Hollywood?
Why are casting directors so eager to hire them over Americans?
Approximately 100% of the movies and tv shows that are released today have British actors.
Why is this?
>tfw i turned 24
I set my year as 24. If a mega autist like Refn could have done it by 24 then surely I could.
I've never actively pursued sex because I'm too autistic. But I get offers a fair bit because I'm a solid 6 and a girl.
Pretty sure I'm gonna be alone forever.
>good at sports without even trying
>popular among student body
>receives special treatment from teachers and faculty
>close group of friends
>gets attention from girls
>is a legacy before he even stepped foot inside the school
Why did they make 8 movies about Chad Thundercock?
Harry wasn't really popular with girls until the 6th book, when he got a little taller and everyone found out that there was an army trying to kill him.
.....there's a lesson about female psychology in their somewhere.
It's been a long day without you my friend.
I actually liked this alot, what was the /tv/ opinion
Post TV shows/movies that scared the hell out of you when you were very young.
Only post things that you saw at that age.
I've got quite a few, all these things gave me nightmares for years.
This thing was one of the worst. I walked in on my brother and sisters watching this part of the movie when i was about 4 or 5. I ran and hid behind the sofa. Terrified me.
For years and years afterwards I tried to find out what program this was from. But I remembered it as "Bunyon" not "Bunyip". I only came across it by chance last year on another thread here.
but the one which takes the cake is this show.
one clip in particular, which i'll try to dig up, involving words on a tree.
this show was pure nightmare fuel for kids.
Its called jeopardy for anyone unaware.
Some Fresh Web Media™ Edition. Reattempting this thread from yesterday because my Internet borked about halfway through the dump (it's still semi fucked so forgive me in advance). Taking requests for awhile too.

Now that the dust has settled what did /tv/ think of Goosebumps?
The callbacks to the old stories was nice.
You stay away from this house you hear me...
>unless you're ready to Rock
That's all I could picture in this scene
last i watched was Skiptrace, which sadly fucking sucked. then again, i liked Rush Hour 2 more than the first, so if there is a second with an already established relationship between Knoxville and Chan could be good.
Also, the chink is still in prime shape.
