>tfw you grow up and find out it's not "Walt Gisney"
Newfag here. If every Star Wars prequel has been a bunch of CGI dog shit and everyone says how horrible they have been, why is the world creaming themselves over The Force Awakens?
And has the level of hype for TFA been the same as it was for every prequel release?
The first Prequel was the only one with an insane level of hype, for good reason. The other two had a much diminished hype train.
Visually, the Prequel designs for ships and settings clash pretty bad with the Originals.
TFA is a return to the classic aesthetic, with a return of beloved characters from the OT and lots of practical effects.
Because they keep marketing how much practical effects they're using as some assurance that they're avoiding George's mistakes even though the prequels had more miniatures and animatronics in an individual release then the entire original trilogy combined and two of TFA's key characters will be mo-capped.

>I'm gonna have have to Reddit the shit out of this
What did he mean by this?
>reddit subject matter
>Capeshit sensibility reddit "set pieces".
And it gets near perfect reviews. It's like the critical community is actively trying to steer Scott towards garbage while punishing him for making real cinema like The Counselor.
It's funny how I constantly see 4channers talking down about Reddit, a superior website in almost every aspect. It's exactly like listening to a bunch of niggers talking about whitey. When another one of their niggers gets a job, stops talking niggardly, and even goes to school, he's called white and ostracized by the nigger community.
Why did he try to kill Palantine ?

Who would play who in the British remake?
Steve Coogan as Saul, Idris Elba as Gus, Jack O'Connell as Jesse and Ross Kemp as Hank.
Any other ideas?
Is there a comfier show than this?
>Luke's hardware store/restaurant
>Lorelai drinking coffee
>quirky little new england town
i am a hardcore GG fan.
but i rewatched it when it came out on netflix and it has lost some of its charm. it is still a great show. super comfy. wittier than almost any other show ever. but it also captured the time and place. the mid 00's were a different time and GG loses some of its charm in a post obama world. i mean now that racism is over and obama fixed all the problems with america.
