-Mike Reiss [former show runner for The Simpsons and co-creator of The Critic]
What did he mean by this?
I remember a Simpsons commentary where Reiss basically called Hank Hill a Homer Simpson rip off because he wears a white shirt and blue pants. It always seemed like such a bizarre opinion to me because the two characters couldn't be any less similar.
Thoughts on Brass Eye? Or just Britbong comedy in general?
what did you guys watch over the weekend
did you hear Don Coscarelli is working on a 4k restoration of Phantasm with JJ Abrams
that makes me forgive Abrams about Into Darkness and if TFA shit it doesn't even matter cause fucking Phantasm on blu ray
Sounds interesting. Its a movie I have read about and seen on lists, but never actually checked out.
Last October I watched a few horror movies week that I had never seen before. It was a good time.
This weekend I didn't watch any horror. Got some xmas horror lined up for the coming weeks:
silent night, deadly night
I want to see Krampus. Has anyone seen it?
What are the best movies featuring Anubis?
I've seen it already, hoping for recommendations a bit more significant than throwaway cgi video game enemies tho.
Was she the best Bluth?
No way, Buster was.
He further proved so when he was the only one who didn't sell his share of the company when given the chance because the letter asked him not to. Buster might have had half a brain, but he had the biggest heart of them all.
Damn, this was actually really well done.
How is it that Shakespeare seems shitty when you do it in school but when you watch it properly it's really fucking good?
Decent, but for whatever reason I can't stand Shakespeare in a modern setting.
Not anywhere near as bad as 90's Romeo and Juliet. Pic related.
Some modern adaptations can work.
That's not even vaguely true, at least not for Coriolanus since it's very abridged and easily understood.
Branagh's four hour unabridged Hamlet they do batter through at a fair rate, but that's because if you did it slowly it'd go on forever. Besides, Shakespeare's stories are easy to follow, and the language isn't that complex, just old fashioned.
You should watch this show. It's truly funny.
>mfw /tv/ is literally in the last episode
I seem to see a lot of evidence that pic related is a massive cunt in real life. Any others like him in Hollyweird?
>I seem to see a lot of evidence
From what l've seen, he looks like he has a lot of social anxiety, especially during interviews. His recent Star Wars tours seem to have breathed some life back into him though. Sometimes he genuinely looks like he's having fun.
>sniper 1 on target
>take the shot
>takes the shot
>random event/person walking in prevents from sniper hitting the target
>while sniper reloads, target has escaped
Does she have a soul?
>It's a something unexpected happens episode
webms webms show us your webbums.
ITT we watch Star Wars Episode 3 together, after having watched E1 and E2 together.
We comment, talk about the film, nitpick and discuss scenes as they go until we've cleared the movie. All the while laughing at OP for failing to upload screenshots with each post.
The quality is bluray, 40gb per file, with subtitles, and all screenies are in png (cry me a river).
Episode 1: I forgot to save the thread-link.
Episode 2: >>63562965

In case you thought Star WARS would be all about peace and love. Which after the last movie you'd be forgiven for thinking.
There's going to be a lot of hectic shit and poor CGI in this movie.
Didn't this faggot criticize Anikan for trying to be witty last movie?
