I'm almost finished season 2, when does it get good?
Gimme a liter o' cola
Say what you want about TFA, but the opening sequence is pure kino.
Friendly reminder that the extended Star Wars canon is just as important as the movies
n-no, only things explained or shown in the theatrical cut are real, t-the rest is scrambling to explain things that screenwriters failed to
90 minutes is p-plenty of time!
Thread for those who've been watching cinema seriously for 5+ years and have advanced past capeshit, mainstream movies and the same old flicks.
Don't be offended, this is not meant to be pretentious, its just some of us have moved past IMDb-core, indie flicks and the latest hyped blockbuster and have more developed tastes. Do not troll or derail the thread with off-topic discussion.
What good films have you been enjoying lately?
>when you fall for /tv/'s shitty recommendations and spend your precious hours on shit
What's her name /tv/?
>Beyond the Black Rainbow
>Man from Earth is getting a sequel
This is amazing. Anyone else excited? They finished filming and it's set to release next year.
There might be a point. His son is co-writing it, and I'm fairly certain they're not making a sequel for monetary gain, but more to continue the mystery of the original.
At least that's what I hope. It might also become a new Brian Herbert. But let's pray it won't.
Tried watching it once...really hate its style of story telling. Just a lot of talk..."here's an idea for a movie but not this thing we're filming, this is the brainstorming for you that."
Who will be cast?
How would /tv/ go about making their own orginal Incredible Hulk movie? Let's say marvel has put you in charge of the next Hulk movie, you have a huge budget and 2-3 hours of screen time to fill. It can be animated or live action, it's all up to you.
What would be the general plot? Who would you cast as your Bruce Banner? How would the movie feel? Make it a good one /tv/.
Next big budget shark movie fucking WHEN?
It's been almost twenty fucking years since Deep Blue Sea.
When did you finally realize they were plebs?
Sliders was my favorite Slider back in the days.
There was adventure, it was sci-fi and they got some nice world to visit.
Then everything went to shit. Karry Whurer happend.
Did you like that show back the day?
Great show before the professor left. Sadly prophetic
>In 1970, Sobel shot himself in the head with a small-caliber pistol. The bullet entered his left temple, passed behind his eyes, and exited out the other side of his head. This severed his optic nerves and left him blind. He was later moved to a VA assisted living facility in Waukegan, Illinois. Sobel resided there for his last seventeen years until his death due to malnutrition on September 30, 1987. No services were held for Sobel after his death.
Is this any good?
I liked It Follows but The Babadook was shit.
Characters that did nothing wrong.
So, now that Donald Glover is officially too black for /tv/, who is our acceptable black guy?
Why don't Disney-owned movies like Civil War and TFA have good cinematography?
One kino per anon
What was his problem?
>high school cafeteria
>the characters don't bring cold lunch
>they get hot lunch
Cant wait for this hack to be exposed for the fraud he is
Help settle an argument between a """"friend"""" (pleb) and myself, /tv/.
Is The Social Network kino or trash?
Be honest, if Voldemort was running for office, you'd voluntarily bend the knee.
Is this based on actual events?
>Makes $75 an hour as a massage therapist
>Lives in a big ass house with tons of stuff
>Has a pretty good car and plenty of money for the gas to run
>Has a hot European model tier gf too
I'm suppose to sympathize with this guy?
How out of touch is Hollywood?
CHANGE MY PITCH UP
FUCK MY SHIT UP
About to hop on an 8 hour flight. What flicks/movies/kino should I watch?
Already plan on re-watching TFA
Films set in Jungles?
So the moral of this movie is "hurr durr if you're a male virgin, you're pathetic and should hate yourself and the only way you can fix it is by marrying a post-wall slut and taking care of her kids from Chad"
Is that about right? That's what I got form thsi movie.
Where were you the day the press called RLM right-wingers?
>It's not just progressivists winning on Patreon. Right wingers are also funding their own media projects, like Red Letter Media or the Rubin Report, a show by a former host from the liberal the Young Turks network whose personal political trajectory is something like becoming woke, but in reverse.
