ITT: a director's magnum opus
so.. what movie should I watch with my ex-gf, who we agreed to have freinds with benefits relationship. .
What are the chances of a shooting like during the Dark Knight Rises?
The Bourne movies are better than all of James Bond's, with maybe the exception of Goldeneye .. Prove me wrong, /tv/ - Protip:
women be different than men
No shit, Sherlock? Which govt. funded study did you use to find that out?
>tfw I am literally just like Rust in every single way
>tfw my friends all laugh and ridicule me every time I bring this up
>Molly, did I ever tell you about the South Dakota police officer who ignored my report of a murdered convenience store clerk and stolen car, abandoning the crime scene to escort me off of state limits, because he was more afraid of his Boss Hogg of a mother fucker chief than a serial killer with military training and an automatic rifle. He then turn around and fucked off to god knows where as I learned about the local lesbian's stranglulation back yonder. He was a good friend.
What memes have potential to becoming films?
i did it for teh lulz
Just for christmas or..?
It was shit.
Your thoughts /tv/
I really liked the beginning and middle but the ending left me a bit disappointed.
The fact that he looses by decision was probably the best ending for a number of reasons, but it didn't give me the "bang" ending I was expecting.
This is clearly the beginning of a new "Creed Saga". I just hope the next one brings that "bang" ending, and paves a path for a new string of classics as worthy as the predecessor.
Not a bad start. 8.5/10
This was a good movie
Holy shit was it fast though. Maybe it's just because I had come off a spree of documentaries, and indie films, but the pacing was really fast up until the training portion
and the cancer
What did /tv/ think of Ant-Man? I recently heard about this through the VFA. I am surprised this was panned so hard, because it is brilliant. Marvel knows this isn't one of those big Iron Man money in the bag classics so what do they do for us film buffs? They give us a powerful modern retelling of Gulliver's Travels and Honey I Shrunk The Kid you know the real classics of that kind of movie.
>powerful modern retelling of Gulliver's Travels
He's not obsessed with winning an oscar. It's only amongst brats such as your picklebrain selves that think that way. Anyone who understands movies and the film business knows that he has never gone out of his way to win an Oscar.
(1) He has no hired publicist unlike everyone else who campaigns for an Oscar.
(2) He does minimal publicity. Those after Oscars do the Night time television rout by appearing on talk show after talk show and giving interview after interview about how 'difficult' and hard earned there role was in order to drum up...
