So someone told me about this and the concept seemed so cool and original but seriously wtf. It's way too fucking long and it's basically softcore porn, the movie.
What was the last film that made you feel?
>Besides the obvious LOTR and HP
Pic related is great IMO
Do yourself a favor, go download this and watch it right now.
Tale of tales (2015)
>When you watch Futurama for the laughs, but get feels instead
Heroes that wannabe tough guys can look up to.
So if blue fire is hotter than red fire... why does his hair go red when he's angry?
You can't explain this /tv/
this has to be bait right? No real person is this stupid
>hmm, who should we hire for the part of the strong, go-getting teen girl who will undoubtedly form a role model for all the teenage girls who watch the show?
>how about a healthy, happy, teen girl of sound mind?
>no, no, no! That won't do at all. I know; let's hire a mentally ill anorexic who looks like a sheet of latex stretched over a door handle!
>ah yes, very impressive, excellent choice sir I will see to it right away
It seems they like anorexic women in Hollywood.
Wow, Jay finally grew a backbone and stood up to Mike. Mike must have been embarrassed being contradicted at every turn by Jay's ripostes.
Just got done watching this for the first time honestly it was pretty good solid 7.5 although knowing Refn i was expecting more neon lights
What's your favorite horror killer, /tv/?
Whats your Desert Island Band /tv/?
ITT: Amazing stuff you discovered no thanks to /tv/
You forgot one anon. Best show on TV imo. I think FX has the best shows because they don't take ratings into consideration as highly as other networks. The Americans gets poor ratings and the President of FX decided to keep it going anyway because it was his favorite show. I suspect something similar is going on with You're the Worst as well. That show is fantastic but gets shit ratings.
It was a real set though.
I think tv/ just went full autism. I've seen people saying the stupidest shit and not even being able to understand this movie. This movie showed the true light of tv/.
Worst movie you ever saw in the theater?
took a huge shit on the book, should never be made a movie.
Was she an allegory for Hillary Clinton?
Seriously hoping Emma knows Scream Queens is the role of her lifetime and that she won't look good in her late 20s and early 30s...
Who here going to see Shin Godzilla in theaters in October?
ITT: Movies that are actually scary
Less so on repeated viewings. But the first time I watched this was an experience I'll never forget.
Why did they make Giant Man so slow and clumsy? Looks retarded as fuck.
Stop making Civil War threads.
Everyone else saw the movie months ago and has already discussed it. Just because you're an aspie shut-in who has to wait for rips because you don't want to leave your basement doesn't mean that the rest of us should have to deal with this flood of pure, autism-fueled posts about the movie.
Do you really think you can "blow the piss out of them"?
All of them?
I like how bleak and claustrophobic it is. It's a natural progression for the series. In Night, they managed to control and stop the outbreak. In Dawn, it got too out of hand, and it's basically everywhere. In Day, it's literally the end of the world, the population is definitely under a billion, probably less, and a cure is completely impossible. The movie is just so unique, no other zombie movie has been this bleak and pulled it off. Plus the cast is just fucking great.
Btw I saw Lori Cardille,...

Name a Disney death sadder that this one...no seriously I'll wait

>Implying Kerchak wasnt the saddest Disney death
>Implying Tarzan isnt the best Disney film
Patriotic tribute or jingoistic propaganda? You decide!
>Not only will America go to your country and kill all your people, but what’s worst I think, is they’ll come back 20 years later and make a movie about how killing your people made their soldiers feel sad.- Frankie Boyle
I fucking hate this movie. Biggest load of nationalist burger shit I've ever seen.
ITT: the worst movie you saw in the theater
If you've seen any of the following films you'll know why I can't pick between them:
Meet The Fockers
That Jonny Depp film with Angelina Jolie, The Tourist or The Foreigner or something, I can't even remember.
What was I supposed to walk away with after watching this?
Did /tv/ like this? Because going by Rotten Tomatoes this and the preceding movie are irredeemable garbage but I kind of strangely enjoyed the first one, and this one looked fun too.
I did'nt like 2014 (and I don't like the nick show either), but I thought this was alright, had a nice compelling story to it, loads of action, could have done without the dick measuring jokes and the ineffective Shredder, but otherwise sound stuff.
It was alright. I liked the first movie more. The science is very bad in this, even for Hollywood standards. Shredder is useless and I hate the Arrow actor, so the role of le funny witty guy is ruined for me.
What the heck was her problem?
>walk to car
So, after the recent threads here I rewatched the first few episodes of Enterprise. A few thoughts.
Archer shouldn't have been in command to start. He should have been the chief engineer. He was all tech talk and stuff, really. They had him give up on his space racism at the end of episode 2. That was also a mistake.
T'Pol was a mistake all together. They wanted her to be stern, but every single character convinced her to change her mind about something important at least once. I'd have cut her *entirely* most likely. They could have just replaced...
