>turn the tv on history channel, discovery or nat geo
>not a single science or history show
>all they air are reality shows about family businesses
Why didn't he just quit?
What does /tv/ think of the upcoming Star Wars film?
Considering there are loads of threads on the board already go fuck yourselves.
Also the film isn't out, so what the fuck are we supposed to think fag?
Yeah it looks decent, but we won't know till we see it.
I though Salvation was great. an awesome depiction of post-Judgement Day world. and the best portrayal of Reese and John Conner that the series has ever seen. overall I don't think it's quite as good as 1-3, but that's more of a testament to how great I think those movies are. at the very least Salvation is worthy of being in the Terminator franchise unlike the steaming pile that was Genisys.
>I'm going to settle for the least shittiest out of all of the shitty films in the universe.
1 and 2 are great.
3 was shit.
4 was generic and average at best.
5 was pointless.
Hows the Sarah Conner Chronicles? Never watched them
The premise was interesting (terminator with human memories) but about half of the movie is a CG shit fest.
It's very boring but the first 20 minutes or so we're really good. Sadly it took a huge departure from those grounded moments to bring in a huge overarching plot that nobody cares about.
How can someone enjoy drinking room temperature beer? I've seen this multiple times in films or series and that really disturbs me.
NOW IT'S LASER TIME!!
>tv actor from a beloved show gets a movie role
>ends up quitting show because he wants to focus on his movie career
>never shows up in a main role for a successful movie or tv show ever again
Surely we all know at least one actor like this. Post 'em.
This guy's leaving Teen Wolf after working on Maze Runner. Bet we don't see him in anything good once he's finished with Maze Runner.
What are some beta actors that bring their moms as their date to award events?
Clint Eastwood and his 200 year old mother.
But honestly, bringing your mum (who presumably supported you when you were a struggling peniless artist) to these awards is much better than bringing some bitch.
How much do you think Disney is paying for /b/ tier shit like >>63412937 to stay up??
Opinions on Prisoners?
I think it was pretty good
Prisoners is THE example of inauthentic sensibility cinema. It doesn't get more juvenile "film buff" than this movie. Everything from the casting, to the themes, to the cinematography. It physically pains me to even think about it. Fincher was always the epitome of IMDB to me until this movie, but then Villenvue managed to topple him.
How's this? It features Willa so my interest piqued
Out of curiosity, when do you think the earliest pirated copy will be available?
Is it worth the watch, /tv/?
You're home John..
Its wierd, i'm actually enjoying it but only because of certain characters.
There's no horror or suspense in this season outside of Evan Peters character and the Cop story/arc.
The whole Lady Gaga part really doesn't interest me in the slighest, and its not that she's a bad actor its just that i don't care/adds nothing of vaule to this other plot arc.
Germanotta is basically just playing Lady Gaga and the characters are lacking any depth and variety.
Literally more than half the cast is just vampires. Too many shit i don't care for and now that the killer was revealed (which was horrible btw), i'll just watch the last 2 episodes because i came so far.
Best character is
