This movie was actually really good right? It doesn't seem as if it received the praise I think it deserved.

I'd seen this a while ago, and recently I gave it a rewatch.
I found the concept of a language virus intriguing, as well as the implication that it was some extradimensional entity trying to get its foot in the universe's door via the use of language.
is this what kathleen kennedy meant by they want the hunger games audience?
Well maybe not the best but still a very good Bond movie.
It's the best all around.
Connery films have more spy stuff.
Moore has comedy.
Dalton has a darker tone.
Later Brosnan films have more action.
Craig films are a bit more grounded.
Goldeneye is right in the middle. It hits all of the notes in just the right amounts.
I think it's overall the best.
