>Knight of Cups
Am I missing something? Is there another movie released this year that isn't total garbage? I can't find a single upcoming release that I'm excited for, either.
Valley of Love
Eisenstein in Guanajuato
Eddie the Eagle
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice
The Finest Hours
Knight of Cups
>types out a list of random foreign films and adds Batman v Superman and Neon Demon for flavor
Listen asshole. I'm sure some of those are good but you haven't seen them and we both know it.
Begins was the best Superhero Movie DC's put out in the past 2 decades, and the best Batman movie
>Marvel continues to make hit after hit while DC is 3 movies in and hasn't made a single hit yet
>another movie with joker in it
>Another failure to depict his character
Face it live action fags, Mark Hamil is the TRUE joker and no one will ever take his place
ITT we post and discuss movies that wouldn't otherwise make it as their own threads
I thought this film was fantastic and am curious to hear what other anons think of it
>Ordinary fucking people, I hate'em
paris, texas is a nice film
What did you think of it? I think it has a double meaning to it but I'm not sure yet. Check it out just fore Bale's performance
>Suicide Squad sucked
>World Peace sucked
>the Olympics are sucking
Worst summer ever.
I need Rogue One to be awesome as fuck.
HOW FUCKING DARE THEY, BUNCH OF SHILLS, VOTING DOWN GREAT FULMS!
I'm on halfway through season 3 and this show is devolving into a flanderized rom-com.
Does it bounce back to s1-2 levels of funny, or is it a steady decline?
That's really weird of you to say, 99% of people hated season 1 and would agree it finds it's groove in 2-3. If you really don't like it then quit, it gets more cutesy as it goes on.
I liked the show and would say it starts to decline in 5, which I guess you would loathe
I don't have any really negative opinions, but the focus is shifting from stupid office hijinks to three girls hanging out with the male equivalent of manic pixie dream girls, and that's pretty dink.
April/ Aubrey Plaza is a total qt tho
so i just started watching Lost with my soon to be girlfriend
this sawyer guy is really an asshole, is that about to change?
thoughts on sawyer?
Pocahontas is the best Disney princess.
indians don't have princesses, so she isn't one technically.
Is there hope?
>Written by Allan Heinberg ("The O.C.") and Geoff Johns ("Green Lantern") based on a story by Zack Snyder.
>Directed by Patty Jenkins ("Monster").
>Written by Chris Terrio ("Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice") based on a story by Zack Snyder.

>Is there hope?
NO. DC is too dumb to learn from their mistakes. Sorry.
Can we have a Stargate thread?
I saw Stargate SG-1 on Netflix a few years ago. But I didn't watch any other Stargate series. What's your general thoughts on the series?
Feel good and comfy.
Same but with more evil/powerfull enemy, didn't like it as much as SG 1
People say it was really really good, only watched a couple of episodes, much darker than the others, but it got cancelled after season 2.
I had saved this screenshot because the reaction images of the guy behind
Daily reminder that Roland Emmerich intends to bring out a direct sequel to the original Stargate film completely negating all of SG1, Atlantis and Universe.
I understand it's his creation and shit but come on dude, don't be that guy.
i love this movie
What are some movies about goddesses?
Just came back from Suicide Squad. It was fucking awful. One of the worst comic book movies I've ever seen.
BvS and MoS are masterpieces compared to this.
>If DC is the conservative comic-book universe to Marvel’s pseudo-progressivism, it couldn’t be more unpopular among kids who enjoyed the ludicrous platitudes of Avengers: Age of Ultron.
>They both (Snyder and Ayer) approach a childish genre like adults — and that’s what annoys the Marvel kids, whose bad rap on Suicide Squad has already gone viral.
>Think metaphorically again, and see that Suicide Squad entangles post-Vietnam and post-9/11 notions about heroism and citizenship....

Who is best waifu and why is it
>It's a Two characters who hate each other are stuck somewhere and have to work together episode
Tom Hanks as Neil Peart
Sean Penn as Geddy Lee
and Jeff Daniels as Alex Lifeson
How bout it /tv/??
I've always seen this guy as Geddy Lee.
So what's the general consensus on this film?
Is it worth a watch?
It's one of the most original children's movies in the past decade.
Not enough of the magic bullshit is explained though, so a lot of the plot needs your suspension of disbelief.
Worth watching, yes.
Who shit themselves watching this? I slept with the lights on, and I'm 24 year old male.
> the boy was annoying as fuck though
I dunno why people complain about the kid.
The fact that he annoyed everyone is actually a huge plus. He WAS supposed to be annoying. It was part of the reason why his mother was getting fed up of her lifestyle.
Now with black main character, Native American bowman, Asian assassin, and random Mexico bandito
Rap song main theme
Will it be good?
Now you are aware that of all things to have a lot of races in it, the Western would be pretty okay for considering how open it was right?
Or are you like that one guy who thought that a black lawman would be shot on sight that I saw on /tv/ once and everybody laughed at him?
If I may, headmaster. Perhaps Potter and his friends were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.
HOW?? IN THE NAME OF LORD KINO I DEMAND ANSWERS!!
What are some feature films made with cheap, consumer grade video cameras?
The only one that springs to mind is 28 Days Later but I think they only filmed certain scenes with one, not the whole film.
Have you guys read the script for a Seinfeld 9/11 episode???
>Why was he getting lunch in the
>Financial District at 8 o’clock in the
>YOU CAN EAT LUNCH WHEN YOU WANT TO IN
>AMERICA. IT’S WHAT MAKES THIS COUNTRY
i legitimately laughed out loud at this
the script is on point
