Will it be a Film, Movie or Flick? Will Leo finally get his Oscar?
it will most likely be good and popular
so it's a flick
It'll be a film. But a film that doesn't give him the Oscar. We all know Redmayne is gonna get it.
Are you Team Cap, or Team Stark?
ITT: Underrated films of the 21st century
by far the best western since Once Upon a Time In the West. what does /tv/ think?
Once Upon A Time In The West had some really beautiful music and imagery but it was a bit boring really. I liked when the guy shot the child. Also the flashback scene was a very memorable image. I'd be hard pressed to sit through it again though.
Who else fastforwards through sex scenes?
They add nothing to the plot and aren't sexy
>she keeps her bra on
>blankets pulled up to cover her ass
ITT: Movies a father should watch with his son
just finished watching pic related
was it any good?
A musical about columbine massacre.
I have some ideas that sound incredibly fucking cliche but I know I can make them good because I dreamed about them
now if someone can just give me a couple mil based on "I dreamed it" I'll be golden

Did anyone see this? What did you think?
I'm... kind of weirded out. I actually don't know how I feel about it. I don't even know if I think it's a good movie.
Another strikeout from De Palma. Why cast two actresses who look nothing alike as dead ringers for each other when you could have cast the same actress in both roles? It makes everyone in the film seem insane when they comment on how they look identical and ruins the immersion. C+
I saw it only once and that was when it came out in theaters so I barely remember the thing. I think I liked the movie. I remember thinking it was kind of slow and plodding, but being OK with that because I like the era and the setting.

what are some movies betas will never understand?
So, I just got finished marathoning the first and what's aired of the second season of The Last Man on Earth.
Damn. Why have I never heard of this show before? sure, the middle of the first season is pretty dumb, but so far the second season has yet to have a bad episode.
Some of the best cinematography I've seen in a movie. The plot, soundtrack, and acting were all strong points as well.
Jay never had a chance. ;_____;
Has anyone else seen it?
I thought it was pretty underwhelming after all the praise it got. It had all the technical aspects of a good film, looked and sounded great, had actors I like, but it was so slight and simply plotted that it didn't leave much of an impression on me.
I did appreciate how the story ended for the kid. The literal salt in the wound was very funny.
Why did Sheev make Dooku rebuild the droid army when he was already building the clone army?
