TONIGHT ON KITCHEN NIGHTMARES
Does he deserve to be the highest paid actor in the world?
I'm still surprised by this. He doesn't seem to choosy when it comes to acting gigs. Did they really pay him big bucks for Central Intelligence? Doesn't seem like a blockbuster summer movie to me. More like a movie for people that still use redbox.
He's in a lot of high budget movies and he has a really good agent. He know he's famous enough to pull in an audience and he's smart enough to exploit it for cash.
He doesn't really "deserve" it since he's a shit actor but it's not really surprising

Am I forgetting something, /tv/?
LW is perfect.
DH has become shit after the 3rd one.
Rocky has a few stinkers, but overall the character's arc is consistent.
Terminator wen to shit in T3 and never recovered. Even the tv series wasn't as good as people make it out to be.
Mad Max are all good (fuck you BTD was good) but very disjointed and they feel more like stand alone movies to me.
Rambo became what the first movie was criticising in Rambo 2.
Nostalgia aside, any good?
NEW STAR TREK TV TEASER
What the fuck? It looks so bad it's not even funny.
Why is the CGI Babylon 5 tier?
Who thought the new logo looked cool?
Is this real life? What is going on?
To be fair, I'm not sperging over the ship. I don't give a fuck about that. It's the CGI that's melting my head.
some autist in a besement produced far more convincing ship cgi
Marvel's Black Panther confirms Villain
Michael B. Jordan will play Erik Killmonger
Lupita Nyong’o will play Nakia also known as Malice
is creed going to whoop black panthers ass?
What made this the greatest comedy show ever?
It's a show about nothing. Did the lack of plot or story arc give the writers freedom to make every show about something different and make it funny?
A lot of it was relatable. It catered to the typical 9-5 audience and gave them something to resonate with.
We all have a little bit of each character in us in some way. The show referencing itself was the peak of the show and made it comfy AF.
Disease outbreak movies thread
Preferably not zombie/vampire/whatever the fuck movies, that deal with serious pandemics, and the damage control after the outbreak.
PS: if anyone writes the fifth wave, i personally will look him up and torture him by making him watch it all day
Contagion is a kind of slow-paced, almost documentary like disaster movie, which shows the lifetime of the pandemic from the outbreak to the mass-vaccination from several perspectives using a set of unrelated/semi-related characters and their story.
Seemed pretty down to earth, would recommend
Outbreak has a much faster pace than Contagion, and deals with another deadly virus, that seems to be unknown. It not only deals with the disease, but more on how the military is trying to control the situation, which provides plenty of action scenes through the movie. Few clichés here and there, but solid acting makes it okay i would say
Right at your door is also one of the more laid-back type of movie, with not much of an action, and few characters most of the time. More dramah, less about the damage control in itself, but definitely would watch again if i hadn't have seen it
Although i hate Chris Pine, Carriers was a nice surprise as i could actually enjoy it.
The plot is more post-apocalyptic, but there are no zombies or vampires, but they actually pay attention to not get infected by the virus - which is missing from a lot of similar themed horror movie
>1. Your country.
>2. Its best film/movie

Did anyone watch Hell on Wheels? The last episode aired last night. I'm only a couple episodes into the final season (RIP Based Swede).
It was an interesting show to me. AMC apparently gave it a lot of leeway even though they did everything they could to make sure nobody watched it (moved it to Saturdays, no promotion to speak of, etc), yet it had a very consistent viewer base throughout its entire run.
Whatever, I enjoyed it a lot. It wasn't a "must-watch" like The Leftovers or The Americans, but I will watch these last few episodes with a heavy heart.
Bump. You guys don't remember this show? I remember Swedeposting. It was fun.
I like the actor but the character was ridiculous. The way he'd keep turning up after he should have been dead turned the show into a joke.
If it hadn't ended, I'm sure he would have turned up in China.
Bohannan: "Why ain't you dead?"
Asian Swede: "I was. But then a process local to the area called reincarn…"
Bohannan: "You were reincarnated as a Chinaman?"
Asian Swede: "I am Korean…"
Helluva twist there Mr. Anon, helluva twist.
revealing that the Swede was a Union POW who went kill crazy after his whole unit was killed was a great twist though
Really makes you think...
What would you do with invisibility?

who are some smart actresses?
The Golden Age of Kino is upon us - Edition
Worst part is that the movie actually looks pretty good. That casting ""choice"" (implying she wasn't imposed by jewlywood) brings the whole thing down.
>here sublick, let's crush down to the country feens keenya. Maybe we'll mace him for a bit of grade. Careful of the shaydugs. Might find a few country bures to feek aswell
What did he mean by this?
>when you realize the lotr movies were terrible after reading the book

Cannot wait to see a stronk woman teach these privileged shitlords a lesson.
Imagine being Sung Kang in that scene and having to be all like "damn, Gal Gadot, you fuckin' fine, all sexy with your flat chest and horrific androgynous monster body. I would totally have sex with you, both my character and the real me." when all he really wants to do is fuck another 16 year old in his dressing room. Like seriously imagine having to be Sung and not only sit in that chair while Gal Gadot flaunts her disgusting body in front of you, the favorable lighting barely concealing her ribs and leathery skin, and just sit there, take after take, hour after...

ITT: Punchable faces
>According to pre-release tracking, Suicide Squad is looking like a massive hit at the North American box office, with opening weekend estimates ranging from $100-$125 million. That would be enough to topple Guardians of the Galaxy's August opening weekend record of $94.3 million, which the Marvel title set back in 2014.

this movie is mimicing deadpool more, the Queen Ad is what did it. I think WB figured out that the buddy cop hero movie was dead long before CW, and deadpool is a MUCH better direction.
we all want adult comickino
Are there any bus wankers in the board today?
that was /tv/ at its best.
Why is his face sooo punchable?
Why is he ruining his career again with all these childish superhero movies?
He has 10 years tops to work on action movies, he wasted his youth on romantic movies and comedies, so he needs to get this out of his system, after that he will dedicate himself to directing and dramas.
It's a rational thing. You can't get to the same concluion by asking yourself?
Meanwhile, on black /tv/...
10/10 Black Kino.
I wish it had a longer run
What was his name again?
