How in the world did this get a season 3?
Adam Driver as Egon Spengler
Oscar Isaac as Peter Venkmen
John Boyga as Winston
Domhnall Gleeson as Raymond Stantz
Daisy Ridley as Janine
Andy Serkis as Louis Tully
Lupita Nyong'o as Dana Barrett
Why the hell did Kike Lazzo cancel the greatest show in AS history?
>positive response for season 2 finale, which is darker in tone than the rest of the show
>executives request creators make the show darker to appeal to that audience
>executives view season 3 episode "Alone" and are shocked at how dark it is
>immediately cancel the show and cut the season order down to 13 episodes
Anyone who isn't hyped for this impending kino is a confirmed beta cuck pleb faggot
Oh don't mind me, just being the single greatest film ever made.
All I can say on the matter is that it uses itself as the gold standard or benchmark by which to measure all other films. Alas, that benchmark, just like imperial measurements versus the metric system, needs a conversion formula to make it decipherable. Let me help decipher it by pointing out that I know some sniveling calumniators who actually believe that governments should have the right to lie to their own subjects or to other governments. Incredible? Those same people have told me that its writings are a veritable encyclopedia of everything that is directly pertinent to mankind's spiritual and intellectual development. With such people roaming about, it should come as no surprise to you that it is not news that it is not the case—notwithstanding what Welles's tetchy propaganda so adamantly proclaims—that the poor, innocent, kitten-loving members of its flock are persecuted by people like you and me. What speaks volumes, though, is that I, speaking as someone who is not a brutish fence-sitter, don't need to tell you that many lounge lizards have an intense identification with chthonic sleaze merchants. That should be self-evident. What is less evident is that if you think that this is humorous or exaggerated, you're wrong.
What would people see in your Truman Show?
Choose one /tv/

Goodnight, sweet prince.

Can anime be kino?
Yes. A work of art shouldn't be restricted because of its medium.
I'm a feminist, and I'm honestly starting to feel sorry for the guy.
>Bill Cosby is ‘completely blind’ and homebound
>Bill Cosby is now “completely blind,” said a well-placed source, who added that the embattled comic is “in his own personal hell.”
>The disgraced comedian once known as “America’s Dad” is now confined to his Pennsylvania home with only his incomprehensibly loyal wife, Camille, at his side.

Is it a good thing or a bad thing that Stranger Things is so derivative?
Game of thrones is now officially a normie show:
I don't have anything against Samuel L Jackson, but do they really need to dumb the show down this much? It's fucking cringe-worthy.
Who will play him in the inevitable biopic?
Lately we've blamed countless remakes, the amount of unneeded sequels but THIS is why we are entering a dark-period my friends..
You figure you can blame it on the poor-reception of some classics, but as we near 2020, we are losing creativity in film due to lack of budget. Films will go back to costing only millions to make, largely in part because of CGI and digital-filmmaking.
And of course while we make our cheap CGI/Digital movies, we rake in more than we spend.
> we are losing creativity in film due to lack of budget
How is creativity related to budget?
Many of the most original films in the last years are independent movies with small budget.
>This won an Oscar
This won an Oscar for best cinematography.
ITT characters that are literally you
I guess /g/ was not the right board, so i will post here again.
who hype and which was your favorite robot?
2016 House Robots introduction

I will bump with the competitors of this version.
Was it a tactic to try get people to feel bad for her and take heat off the movie?
Well considering she says Fieg wrote a lot of the offensive tweets.
>censor and cherry pick replies to enforce narrative
>buy/create twitters accounts to false flag attack yourself and your property in a large display in order to enforce a different flavor of the narrative when previous efforts do not fully pay off box office-wise
Jews just can't be stopped.
And neither can fa/tv/irgins.

you guys think this movie is gonna be any good?
In prison, dinner was always a big thing. We had a pasta course and then we had a meat or fish. Paulie did the prep work.
He was doing a year for contempt, and he had this wonderful system for doing the garlic. He used a razor, and he used to slice it so thin that he used to liquefy in the pan with just a little oil.
It was a very good system.
I don't get it. Is he supposed to be a douchebag?
He literally did NOTHING wrong.
Maybe not a douchebag, but just an ugly Chad. If he was a douchebag he would have tried harder to bang that chick in the first episode and not help her study. He was a pretty decent Chad, still looks like a frog tho.
My scarjo looks pretty squeerific here
Is lost in translation worth a rewatch
Who would you cast in a modern remake
ITT: "our guys"
>This was considered attractive in the 90's
Did he do it?
>why was philip seymour hoffman the greatest actor who ever lived
>Don't be a... TOMMY TEXTER
What did they mean by this?
They mean if you text during the movie the film will stop, a spotlight will fall on you and then the chant will begin. "Tommy Texter!" somebody will shout. "Tommy Texter! Tommy Texter!" More will join in. "Tommy Texter! Tommy Texter! TOMMY TEXTER!"
And then you shall be lynched up the theatre lynching tree in the lobby, next to the rotting corpse of a Susie Seatkicker that couldn't keep her fucking feet to herself.
