Season 2 is in full swing. Latza is pitching a show to DisneyXD in a month.
Tomorrow I'll be having an Assistant Director who worked on The Force Awakens come into my university to talk to us.
What should I ask him?
thoughts? i love bill burr and everything he stands for, but this looks horrible. 1 episode in and this will be stale. i expected better from bill.
As a successful standup comedian you only star in a TV show just to say you "did one" these days. If it's a massive success, more power to you, but there's very little chance of it working.
Looks pretty bad to me. Might get good like some Netflix shows do, but eh. I'm kind of thinking Netflix should focus on making sure fewer shows are better than just having a ton of middling shows.
>misquoting it as "Luke, I am your father"
>calling the Imperial March "Vader's theme"
>saying Bobo/Baba Fett
>"Why don't the stormtroopers look the same? I thought they were all clones?"
These things use to really trigger my autism as a kid. Like straight up, I punched a kid because he didn't stop calling the Imperial March as Vader's theme or the Dark Side song even when I corrected him.

So why did Prometheus kill the robot?
What does /tv/ think of Centurion? Anything similar you'd recommend? I'll take all l can get concerning Rome, but extra points if it covers more obscure wars like the invasion of Britain.
Whose the Falcon bro? Been a while since I've seen this, he was the best.
Fourteen years old as of yesterday. A 3 BILLION dollar franchise and STILL no theatrical adaptation.
What is wrong with filmmakers? In pre-Avatar Hollywood this would have been the 2 Billion dollar movie.
Looking at the drawing style, color palette, and size of characters' pupils here, do you think "This is Classic Simpsons", "This is Neo Simpsons", or "This is Transitional Simpsons"?
is this the red line that hollywood is finally crossing? i mean what the fuck whats the point and how is nolan allowing that
>We intend to stay true to Christopher Nolan’s vision and deliver a memorable movie that is every bit as edgy, iconic and award-worthy as the original.”
WHY NOT JUST LEAVE IT ALONE THEN IF IT'S ALREADY GREAT? JESUS FUCKING CHRIST. STOP REMAKING GOOD SHIT AND REMAKE SHIT FILMS
I'm just going to consider this a joke. Like, even if the movie gets made, and gets released, and it's a real movie and it's not a joke, I will never acknowledge its existence. This doesn't exist. Nobody's remaking Memento. That's just crazy talk. Nobody would ever do something like that because the original doesn't need to be remade ever. Haha, such jokesters. What will those joke-makers come up with next?
s-shelf thread anyone?
piratefags pls go
>buys one criterion
>it's seven samurai
Incoming shit tastes
I don't buy that many movies...
What does /tv/ think of the film "Upstream Colour"?
and Shane Carruth in general..
Jeez, Neill Blomkamp got btfo so bad for his new Alien movie I almost feel bad for him. It's like the moment that the popular kid wanted to do it everyone dropped him immediately and turned to Ridley.
What will /tv/ do if it's actually good?
