wtf I hate critics now
>Super 8 meets Half Life and meets Powerpuff Girls
Had a few problems but overall i think it was pretty good.
I wasn't ready for the pregnant boy finale
On episode 7 right now
Holy shit Netflix really is the next HBO. If Netflix renews this show and orders more similar to it, we could definitely see a drama/mystery renaissance in the next two years.
Because for once, content doesn't simply make money by being watch-baiting anymore with endless commercials about it being driven into the eyes of the absentminded. Content now has to stand on its own two feet to even gain a footing in this day and age of television. I fucking love it

I just finished.
Like half the time my asshole was fucking sealed shut I was so tense. Fuck, this really was some fucking kino right here.
Also, this is how you do an 80's throwback right here. Shit felt straight-up Spielberg at times.
Just finished the series and movie.
Can we have a Firefly thread?
The series is pretty okay overall (had potential) but I think a lot of people can't look at it objectively because "muh cancelled too soon". I don't find Fillion appealing as an actor, and even more so as an unlikable character.
The movie was a pile of shit but it was all we could get. I'm confident it was just a long episode that served as a vessel to give what little fan service they could in the way of River actually demonstrating her abilities, and killing Wash was just a cheap emotional ploy.
one of my favorite series ever and a surprisingly good ending to tie up the loose ends
What is the greatest season of television of all time?
I just finished the 2nd season of Fargo and it's a definite contender
>Dodd is best character
sorry you were really close, but pic related is the undisputed best character of both seasons
Lou's wife also best qt
Why did this get canned when it's so good?
What a damn shame. He's so underrated. None of that ego the other actors have. And Michael Emerson's similar. In fact they give some of the more life affirming interviews I've seen from actors.
My wife's son and I are on Season 4 (episode 2). I really really enjoyed the first couple seasons which were more episodic, but it was starting to get a bit stale... sure enough since Season 3 it's become much more serialized and has managed to keep my interest. I really love the characters. I remember when they first introduced Shaw and me and my wife's son were like "ugh this character is terrible AND she's going to be in a bunch of episodes?" but now... easily my favourite.
KotH maintained a high level of quality and stepped out with dignity.
If you could bring one actor back to life, who would it be?
Have you ever dumped somebody because they had shit taste? I left my ex because he likes The Three Stooges. I'm sorry, but I can't be with somebody who thinks hitting people is funny.
>Disney acknowledging Thrawn
SNOKE IS THRAWN FUCKING CONFIRMED GET HYPE
Can DC UNJUST themselves with Wonder Woman?
Do people like the Xena aesthetic it has?
>it's a Dee episode
What's the best kino to eat a nice big breakfast to?
Why was he a school loser if his best friend was super rich Harry Osbourn?
what are the best episodes of goosebumps?
>Ancient Egypt movie
New people might want to sit this one out.
9/11 ranks up there as one of the more epic moments. Threads were maxing out in minutes, and there was maybe 2-3 non-9/11 related threads in the catalog.
The OJ Simpson chase was also a madhouse. Eventually mods made a stickied thread which reached over 140,000 posts
His best film?
one of my favs too, ullman''s expressions are painting-like
have you watched Virgin Spring or Through A Glass Darkly?
i'd have to say his best film is Shame, Through a Glass Darkly or Hour Of The Wolf
tho the dialogues for In The Presence Of A Clown, Autumn Sonata and Cries and Whispers
are incredibly written

What's the Kid Cuisine of television and film?
Is there a more vindicated person on the internet right now?
Quote two lines from this overrated flick. I dare you.
"How will I know if it picks me?" "It will try to kill you."
"I've already chosen, but this woman must choose me."
Shut the fuck up you faggot
Just got back. Ask me anything.
Official Ranking: 2/10
What was their sex like?
Be as descriptive as possible
What does this expression convey?
I have a plan...RUN!
Is this supposed to be their own galaxy, or another one nearby?
Because if it's their own galaxy they'd have to be ridiculously far from it for it to look like this. Like, even with hyperdrives it would probably take them at least years to get to this point.
You guys are idiots. The ships in star wars break causality and travel faster than light like it's nothing. By conservative estimates the falcon is moving at thousands of light years an hour while in hyperdrive. They could easily leave their own galaxy with that kind of speed.
They would also arrive at their destination thousands of years before they ever left but hey, that's sci-fantasy.
Is this why he's blacklisted?
