I remember parts of a movie from when I was a teenager/kid, but can't get the name.
It's about a spy/special agent who is sent to some island as retirement, because he knows so many secrets or sth.
But the island is more like a prison. There is this hand scanner where he has to put his hand on every so often and if not he'll be shot. He is exercising a lot, etc. And then sth happens in the outside world: with his wife or kids or sth.
So he starts planning his escape.

Reminder that Tasha Yar had the best potential. The writing and acting was unanimously bad in the first season, but Denise Crosby's acting seemed to dramatically improve by the time her character was killed off.
With Tasha alive Troi's could have been phased out as the character didn't belong on the bridge. The writers realized Troi was useless but needed a female character on the bridge. On top of that, Denise Crosby had a nicer tits and a better ass than Marina Sirtis.
you do know that her character was not killed off for her acting. It was because she wanted to leave the series so the writers were forced to killed her off. She thought the series was going nowhere so she wanted out but when the series got the big break and became popular. She regretted her decision and that is why later on she does cameos
