At what point in GoT did you feel it stopped being comfy and you noticed something was wrong?
I say it was s5ep1
The only problem is how fast the pacing of the show increased which to me began around the beginning of Season 5.
Apart from the lackluster Arya surviving all those wounds; the show is pretty perfect but it really feels like they are moving too fast with lots of plots being cut out (no Night King at end of Season 6? Are you insane HBO)?
It also is so predictable now. We all know Dany is going to take over King's Landing whilst a massive war with the White Walkers will commence and thanks to Jon Snow who will have Lady Stoneheart helping him I presume - they will defeat the Night King and his minions.
It would be better actually if they make no one win instead of Dany becoming the Queen of Westeros and that's it...
There were moments previous, but I think the major tipping point for me when I just couldn't stand the shows anymore was when Jaime raped Cersei. I don't mind those faggots taking some artistic license with the source material but right about then, I'd reached my fill.
>Green Room portrays white nationalists as violent murderers and thugs
This isn't what they're like at all, the vast majority are just regular law-abiding folks like you and me.
Seriously, why does Hollywood always do this?
>Because there are actual skinhead gangs that deal drugs and kill people. Are you American?
not OP but that jsut isn't true. Never all crime in america is done by blacks.
nearly none is done by white nationalists.
WNs want neighborhoods free of crime.
If stockings are supposed to be erotic clothes, why does women wear them at the funerals?
Damn, Jim from the office looks like THAT?
ITT: Movie/TV quotes you wanted to hear in real life
Asians are slowly increasing their influence in hollywood so popular shows are having interracial couples with Asian men so that we don't find it weird when Japan nukes america and rapes our women
Give me one good reason why you haven't gone to see The BFG yet
>that time flash ran so fast he brought supergirl to the cw
Did they bang?
This is Tarantino's only Tarankino.
The rest is reddit-core flicks.
Is Chronicles of Riddick one of the comfiest sci-fi kinos ever?
Also, a vastly superior directors cut over the original version
>Remakes better than the original
>just got to the point where you see that he fucked his own mother
What the fuck?
Why has millennial culture only produced shit?
The defining feature of a generation is capeshit and regurgitation of older franchise.
Prove me wrong faggots.
Is banshee one of the most underrated shows of the last years?
The most lacking/disappointing character that I expected more of a fight from in s4 is Declan, such a fucking loser he was.
I don't get the ending, what the hell was that.
I manage to follow the plot just fine, but what's up with the ending with Bigfoot?
The year Cannes lost all credibility.
Just finished Episode 6 to find Hayden Christensen in ghost form at the end... why George, why?
>its a Lois yells at her kids episode
This year I'm going to audition for acting conservatories, and I just started working on audition monologues.
Here's my "dagger" monologue from Macbeth:
What do you think?
Am I any good?
>Not that these – nor even the box office – look likely to affect the chances of the remake spawning a series. At the premiere in Los Angeles on Saturday night, producer Amy Pascal – former CEO of Sony Pictures – told the Hollywood Reporter: “It’s going to be endless. People are going to love this movie so much that’s they’re going to demand more and more.”
Movies LITERALLY only you like.
It has terrible pacing and some terrible jokes, but the chemistry of the Ghostbusters and some jokes keep things good, but the ending is terrible and it feels like they didnt knew how to give it a proper ending.
It fails to be an entity separate from the original due to constant, in your face references to the original.
The best thing I can say about it is that it's watchable.
I expect it to be just mediocre, which in some cases can be worse than a bad movie. Like The Force Awakens, it just seems so "safe", and by that I mean a fucking rehash of a previous installment where nothing new is attempted. The only difference here is that Ghostbusters doesnt have the pull that Star Wars does, so I doubt it will get the franchise SONY desperately wants. Wouldnt be the first time anyway
The only gods we have really seen interact with the GOT world are the old gods and R'hllor, the lord of light. Does this mean that the seven are kinda bullshit and not real gods?
So far the only things that R'hllor has done can be interpreted to have been done by the Old Gods. When Dondarrion is resurrected he appears at the foot of an (elm?) tree, the same kind that have the faces.
It doesn't happen in the series but Stannis' harlequin gains prophetic visions from the drowned god.
What is this cop apologist bullshit?
Could a Hotline Miami movie work?
Could you retain the plot or would it have to be Hardcore Henry style, pure violence?
It wouldn't be the same experience. It'd have to be a lot of pure violence to get the same message of "you don't care about story, you just want to hurt people" sent, while still working the story and timeline in.
And the ending would be incredibly disappointing in movie form, since you're not as involved.
I think you could twist the narrative a bit to make it work a bit more.
Make the movie about the realities of a man going on a vengeance based killing spree, about how horrifying it was and I think it could work.
The ending literally only works in vidya though so I have no idea how you'd do that, unless Jacket kills the director in the end.
It would so work for a movie if it was done like a horror. It would be an interesting device to put the audience in position where they feel inflicted upon much like the protagonist. It's a story about death of one's self. There's potential. It could be done best like a 'mockudrama' aka found footage.
It would be dumb as shit, but frankly I would love the chance to do something like that. It should be just a grind house movie mockery.
The real twist is to make a subtle message...

Yup, that's me. You're probably wondering how I got into this mess. Well,
