Am I the only one who refuses to watch films that aren't in English?
Am I missing out on anything?
Eh, since my first language isn't english, I have to read even hollywood film with subtitles, and yes, you're missing stuff like City of God, YiYi, Close-Up, Céline and Julie Go Boating and there is nothing like that in Hollywood.
I loved s1, but was stunned to see the huge negative critic reaction. I was even more stunned to read so many reviews suggesting it was "just a bad copy of GOT", since I mostly hate GoT.
Big fan of kung fu movies and ancient China, so obviously I'm biased, but is this show considered that bad? I loved every second.
>Abbot is death process
why can't Hollywood actors sing?
>I'm the only person who really likes Russell Crowe's Javer
When does it get good?
Why is it so popular among redditors?
just saw this, what did I think of it?
>mfw my current rewatch reaches Johnny Cakes
fuck I really dont wanna watch that shit, but skipping an episode is unacceptable
The Grand Budapest Hotel looks like directed by a young Kubrick. I am so glad that Kubrick's style isn't dead with him, and that there is somebody continuing making movies with Kubrick's hypnotic visuals.
So I'm watching Sopranos, on season 2 and I'm getting real tired of this shit character and his boring conflict with Tony. How long till he dies?
ITT We post who should've /could've played Roland. Kinda always imagined him looking like Clint Eastwood in his fifities myself...
Careful with spoilers.
He has a point, you know?
ITT actors you found out weren't actually just one person but actually 3 different people with 3 different names and identities.
Best Star Trek villain?
I have never seen the appeal of Khan. His dialogue in Space Seed is written to seem intelligent, but in order to highlight it everyone else's intelligence seems to take a dip. I prefer the otherness of the more alien foes, who have one aim, or desires that the Enterprise has no choice but to oppose, rather than this relatively straightforward Space Moriarty.
Also his Wrath look is too camp.
I hate Alicia Vikander
Hollywood please stop making movies with her in them
>All the black characters are extremely intelligent and totally sexually liberated, not at all how you might think they would be if you are still indoctrinated by the patriarchy
>White people are evil in the show and in real life
>Every evil act done by black characters is totally justified because white people are evil in the show and in real life
>Brought to you by JJ Abrams
You must not if you haven't noticed that all the good characters are sexually liberated highly intelligent black people who don't need no colonialism
It's pretty funny how the same people who bitch about attractive women on magazine covers have no problem objectifying their pet africans every time they trot them out to do the dance of progressivism.
>easily get more of 1 million of viewers
>only 2 episodes get 1 million of viewers and is the first 2 ones, that aired on the same day
What went so wrong?
Movies you're ashamed to admit you don't like.
Why didn't the machines just send like 10 terminators back in time?
Has there ever been another movie where the hero admits he's a virgin?
Have you people forgot that Chloe Moretz was in a movie called Let Me In back in 2010, and it was awesome?
DUDE SCRIPTING LMAO
Someone tell me when they do something that's funny naturally like the old cheap car challenges.
on a scale of 1/10 how lewd is this movie going to be?
And will it inaugurate a new era of giantesskino?
From best director to worst.
2 3 5 4 1
i used to come here when people would post to streams of films, it was so much better watching a film with people making stupid comments, does this kind of thing still exist?
Unfortunately not, you can thank the mods for that.
For some reason they're still upholding moots sjw era rules.. weird
I doubt hiro even gives a shit. He's getting paid by infecting everyone with ad-viruses
Was he a ((real)) super villain?
So for the people who saw the movie originally, did Vader actually say "No Luke, I am your father"? I didn't watch Star Wars until after the prequels came out but whenever tv shows or movies referenced it they always said it that way too. Is this really a Mandela Effect or is it just people fucking up the quote and spreading it?
>cell phones are the worst amirite
what's his catchphrase again?
Cast these two in a live-action Mario movie
What's this hairstyle called?
