Why is this more interesting and rewatchable than BoB/Pacific, /tv/?
I rewatched it a couple of days ago. I think it's even better second time around.
After watching Generation Kill, Band of Brothers seems almost like a parody.
GK > BoB >>> P
HBO Vietnam series when?
I couldn't even finish the new trailer.
She didn't even TRY to be motoko, she just acted like scarlet plus Politically Correct super powers.
>she didn't understand the anime
>she did not grasp her own character at all
>she did not appreciate the art
she has a lesbian make out scene with her african american girlfriend in the trailer.
This is not the Major, This is Not ghost in the Shell.
>take the name off of it completely. don't...

Bump this thread to curse them for this abomination.
>bump the thread to WILL cancer upon them all.
I STOPPED WATCHING RIGHT WHEN SHE STARTED MAKING OUT WITH BLACK WOMEN to depeche mode for god's sake. I am foaming at the mouth with anger at POLICITAL ANTI WHITE ANTI MALE agenda being pushed harder than a heavy hormone regiment on a 9 year old boygirl belonging to a SJW parent screaming that he was born that way.
I WARN YOU NOT TO SEE THIS IF YOU LIKED THE SERIES.
>THIS IS JUST 128 MINS OF SJW POLITICAL BRAINWASHING THAT WARPS AND DESTROYS THE FUTURE GitS WAS PAINTING AS A POSSIBILITY.
Letterboxd thread: post profile and discuss what you have recently watched
QOTD: rip to the deceased
Romenian newwave is the shit
What does /tv/ think of the best film of the year?
Quit bustin' balls, Villeneuve!
How long have you been at Kamar-Taj, Mister…?
>You're circumcised... get out.
What's your honest opinion on this show?
>movie drops over a week ago
>still no english subs
I'm fucking dying here, man
You know it
desu I just made the post because I'm not on any IRC channels anymore and I hope that some benevolent subscene groupie takes note and fucking GETS ON THIS SHIT
I tried running the chinese subs included in the current Wiki release through a translator but that is a fucking unforgivable mess.
>Still, Feige is listening to the criticism, and as he told Vulture last week, he's bullish on the increased diversification of the Marvel universe to come. In Strange, the traditionally white role of Mordo was cast with black actor Ejiofor, and the next four Marvel movies feature female leads and love interests played by women of color, including Zoe Saldana in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Zendaya in Spider-Man: Homecoming, Tessa Thompson in Thor: Ragnarok, and Lupita Nyong'o in Black Panther. Compare that to the usual superhero casting shortlists — like the many white women vying to play Domino in the soon-to-shoot Deadpool sequel — and it feels like incremental but notable progress.
>"I think that in the movies we've already made, and certainly in the movies that are coming up, it will be as inclusive a group of characters as one could want," Feige said. Though he maintained that Marvel will always cast the best actor for the role, Feige also noted, "For us, it's important that we don't feel like a completely white, European cast."
What do you think of Marvel's decision to filter actors based on race and skin color?
This isn't a meme or anything, I straight up never understood what he was supposed to mean about being "always" angry. I thought, if he was angry, he'd become the Hulk, so if he's always angry, shouldn't he be the Hulk all the time? If you know the answer and can explain this line and the logic behind this scene please leave a reply. Thanks and god bless.
Well Satan, he's basically saying that he's always just barely keeping Hulk at bay. I think the implication here is that when he willingly gives in, and lets Hulk out, he can maintain a small amount of control over him.
lucifer, it's more that he is secretly seething and livid all the time, and some times he just lets the beast break free, metaphorically coming home drunk and beating his metaphorical wife
I was surprised, that's all
Hell, maybe pleasantly so, because i remember people discussing Tony's supposed death and so while watching the show i was convinced the whole time he was gonna get killed for sure at the end
>"I'm cyborg Superman."
My friends and I burst out laughing at this. How does this show continually get worse. The Alex being a rug muncher story line is better than the main plot.
>That story about sleeping in her best friends bed in high school
>Watching it with friends.
>Posting on /tv/ letting people know this for some reason.
>It features an EPICKKKKK!!! or slowed down-female sung-feelsy cover of a famous song
Who's opinion matters more? 190 critics or 54,084 of the general public? This movie pulled $400 million and the general public considers it a 3.9/5. Anyone that still claims this was a flop is just plain wrong.
I see maybe 50 movies in the theater per year (none of that is Marvel or DC shit fyi), and this is the only one I walked out of (not the only one I wanted to walk out of) in the last ten years.
Is it a flop? I don't know. Is it a piece of shit? In my opinion yes.
>tfw there will never again be any comfy TV shows like Charmed
Why is the world so shitty nowadays, /tv/?
What was his endgame?
Hello dahlings, how NASTY do you want to be, hmmmmm~?
How does this make you feel
no threads about /ourgirl/?
>Barack Obama gets "kinda choked up" while presenting the Presidential Medal of Freedom to Ellen DeGeneres. "It’s easy to forget now just how much courage was required for Ellen to come out on the most public of stages 20 years ago," he says.
Tdis is the worst board
>that one faggot who creates a scene when you rest your feet on his headrest
>that other faggot who doesn't throw the theatre paper plane back when it lands near him
>sitting anywhere but the back
>getting mad when I lick popcorn and throw it at you
Am I the only one who instantly smile when he appears on screen? There's something magic about his facial expression.
this little boy cannot act
>yfw realize your acting ruins Scorsese's 30 years in the making masterpiece
"I'M NOT LOCKED IN HERE WITH YOU, YOU'RE LOCKED IN HERE WITH MEEEE!!!!!"
Why didn't he just use the killing curse on Newt?
Why'd he have to go full Sheev on him?
best friday the 13th movie?
I still say Jason X, idc if you bully me i thought it was the most fun (part 3 was great as well)
Imagine being Sarah Connor in this scene.
The sheer amount of terror and feeling of powerlessness as this unstoppable murderbot catches you unarmed and trapped in a mental hospital.
She didn't know yet he was reprogrammed by the Resistance. It must have been like her worst nightmare materialized.
That's why it was so good. The timing, the music, the cinematography, the performances, the emotional depth. All were fantastic and that's why that movie literally hasn't aged. It's still the shining example of a modern SFX laden action/drama with sci-fi premise despite the fact that hundreds or thousands of big budget action flicks have come out since then none has really surpassed Cameron's T2 masterpiece.
lets share some /o/ kino
What can they do next?
>BASED Ciaran Hinds
>BASED Martin Scorsese
>score by Howard Shore
Guys, This is going to be fucking great. This seems like a movie that can literally not fail...
if you don't like this movie well then fuck you
>A white man's struggle
>Seemingly no solution to predicament
>Miraculously overcomes predicament and defys all odds
Huh must be a nolan film
