Why is /tv/ so down on this?
ITT: underrated movies
I've come to bargain.
what's the best movie? what's the worst?
>ywn be in your 20s in early 90s Seattle
If self-righteous Chads/Staceys go to Gryffindor and evil people go to Slytherin, what kind of people go to Hufflepuff and Raveclawn?
>It's up to you to prove that God doesn't exist. If you can't, it proves that He does exist.
What did he mean by this?
I don't get it. Do people really think the force and lightsabers are penis substitutes?
What a way to end the movie. a dick joke. people must have been much stupider in the 80s, might be why they were allowed to call it "spaceBALLS" haha another penis joke because balls have penises on them
Who hype for Season 3?
Just watched this drivel for the first time and it's my only exposure to anything Les Mis related.
"Look Down" and "Do You Hear The People Sing?" are the only parts of this rendition I can 100% say that I enjoyed. What I want to know is, if I hated this shitty movie is there any hope for me to enjoy any rendition of Les Mis?
>I would never want to be part of a club that has me as a member
"Hey O'Connell . . . . "
". . . nice camel(toe)"
Just finished watching this again. Patrician-tier wholesome adventure goodness. It's rare that you see movies so perfectly meld comedy and action. Pirates of the Caribbean 1 would be another but man this type of entertainment is rare af
Don't you ever get tired of being wrong, /tv/?
no more painfully cringy just dreams now
I'm about to start watching this. I'm a big fan of Joey Diaz's podcast and he always raves about the show.
Does it still hold up today?
>usually eat dinner while watching /tv/
>decide to check out The Knick
>Stellar fucking show, without a doubt
>difficult to watch and eat though because the blood makes me nauseous while I eat food
>mfw can't watch it while eating dinner or I throw up
Have you ever been unable to watch a tv show because of how it made you feel physically?
Seeing how I only watch TV when I eat(busy all the time), I never really had this problem.
But OP, The Knick is an amazing show. It is truly underappreciated on this board. Even when it was live on television the threads died quickly.
I love listening to old Howard Stern show episodes.
What are some of the best ones? Preferably with TV episodes.
Interviews count as well.
SAY MY NAME
>Michelle Yeoh ("Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon") has been added to the cast of CBS's STAR TREK: DISCOVERY in an undisclosed role, likely the lead character Number One, captain of the USS Discovery. Nicholas Meyer has been tapped to replace Bryan Fuller as the showrunner of the long-gestanting "Star Trek" television revival.
Harry my boy, did I ever tell you that we keep house elves as slaves and deny goblins freedom and rights because we're scared they could become more powerful than us? They are bad friends.
>Hermoine is treated like a dumbass for trying to help the house elves by changing their nature
>even Harry gets tired of her shit
>eventually she just gives up and its never mentioned again
Was it redpilled?
Harry did I ever tell you about Salazar Slytherin?
He was one of the founders of Hogwarts and a very powerful wizard. He also hated muggles so much that he left Hogwarts because they allowed muggle born wizards to be taught their. But not before he put a giant snake in the teenage girls bathroom to kill them. His last living descendant known a Voldemort unleashed this snake on the school and it killed a 14 year old muggle girl. We all mock her now because she complains so often about being the victim of a hate crime in her teens you see.
Also his school produces...

What was the moral of the story?
Just a reminder.
Robin Williams committed suicide by hanging roughly two years ago.
Did they swap dicks too?
Is this considered kino?

i have some absolute qt staying with me this weekend, and i need some ideas for films to watch with her.
last time she stayed we watched some recent horror flicks that came out this year. could be up for doing a similar thing.
that I know of, she's into most genres, especially horror though.
date night general?
Imagine hating a film series SO MUCH that you waste your time and money animating them over again just to nitpick and shit on every single scene
So BEFORE Gandalf becomes white in TTT, and according to Galadriel vs. Sauron in TBOTFA are these correct?
>1. SAURON WITH THE ONE RING
>101. SAURON WITHOUT THE ONE RING
>203. WITCHKING OF ANGMAR

>witch king doesn't stand there facing Gandalf from horseback as Grond smashes open the gate
>witchking breaks Gandalf's staff for some reason
I never got these changes. Surely seeing the witch king instead of random trolls when the gate opened would have been better?
Has a movie or show changed the way you do things in real life? I'm somewhat retarded so whenever I change the toilet paper roll I think about this Simpsons episode to determine which way to orient the toilet paper.
jeopardy just has a teenagers episode and after about ten questions ranging from literature, history and science, all of which the kids could answer, none of which i could answer, they asked a question about south park, and i knew the answer. at that point in dawned on me. im a fucking retard. not one of those 16 year old fuckers knew the answer to a south park question and me about to turn 30 is blurting out towlie like a fuckin dick head.
