Are we excited about this?
Please tell me i'm not the only one that thinks this is shit.
Pleasant surprises of 2015.
Went into it after seeing all those shitty reviews. Turns out it was a decent Michael Man movie with an obvious effort put into figuring out how actual hacking works.
Can't understand why it was bashed so hard by critics and plebs alike.
It's my MOTY OP. I love it.
Pic related was my shock of the year. I fully went in expecting to hate it but it was actually nice.
I felt like once it was established how online actions can be just as dangerous as the ones in the real world, the building of tension through online interactions between people was perfectly reasonable.
>ben solo goes to jedi school
>strong force powers from skywalker heritage
>cocky dipshit from han solo heritage
>teenaged ben solo crushes on older female jedi, maybe teacher
>daydreams about her during force meditation training
>accidentally force-impregnates her
>jedi are excited for mystery force-baby, praise the force

So we'll get a "No Rey, I AM your father!" moment next film?
While that would be hilarious, they need to do something entirely original with the next film or else people will not respond well to it
Have insomnia? Look no further than this year's double feature!
This show doesn't have a single likable character.
What does /tv/ think of based Max Landis?
Who should play Donald Trump in the inevitable biopic?
So what's the deal, has Nic Pizzolatto thrown in the towel with True Detective? Given up? Tired of the constant criticisms?
What was the fucking point of that Han Solo vs gangsters vs Giant Squids filler subplot? Was it commentary on how Jabba the Hutt had almost nothing to do with the main plot in OT?
What was the most disappointing film of 2015 for you lads? Pic related for me.
Why did it disappoint you? I thought it was fantastic.
Anyway, Inside Out was the biggest disappointment for me. I suppose I just expected more from what people were saying was Pixar's best film
I feel like the (admittedly impressive) stop motion work was used to make up for the weak script and boring characters really. Couldn't relate to any of the love themes either, as I'm a sperglord autist who has no experience there.
When I saw the trailer I thought Malick was back, it was just another "actor looks worried over pretty landscapes" bullshit
Post non-meme characters.
Anti-meme if you will.
ITT: Movies you can't watch because the feels are too painful/relateable
People think Starkiller was more offensive than ending the OT with this?
It was because Sheev's plan was different in RotJ than in ANH. Meanwhile TFA's ending is literally a combination of RotJ (destroy a generator on the ground to weaken the not Death Star) and ANH (destroy the not Death Star before it destroys the not Rebel base)
>high frame rates sucks
>24 fps just feels natural
The trained human eye can see around 255 f/ps so yeah, film technology is still far away from reaching it's peak.
