So is this show anygood?
Yes, I don't enjoy the music scenes too much but the acting is top notch shit and it's a nice change of pace of what I usually watch.
I'd recommend it.
How do you rank the Superman movies, and where do you think Dawn of Justice will come in?
1. Superman: The Movie
2. Superman II
3. Superman Returns
4. Superman 4: The Quest for Peace
5. Superman 3
6. Man of Steel
Hoping Dawn of Justice will be better than Superman Returns.
3 above 4
maybe even Returns
>no Luthor, no land scheme, at least trying to toy with other resources
>dat junkyard scene
the Lester comedy was bad though.
Returns was a magical mess of a movie. so much potential that turned into boring fanservice and creepster Superman? some of the new musical cues were good at least.
1. Man of Steel
2. Superman Returns
4. Superman II (Donner cut)
5. Superman II (Lester cut)
6. Superman III
7. Superman IV: The Quest for Peace
I'd say "Man of Steel" is closer to "The Last Temptation of Christ" than "Citizien Kane". A polarizing film considered to be blasphemous by the true believers.
Don't mind me, just being the most overrated film of the past 5 years due to having "le strong female lead" character"
>tfw a picky pete and pull the padding out of the chair
>the female guarding the crying male is glaring imagery subjecting the male and female to an obvious role reversal, where the male is in the need of saving, protection, and is ultimately useless given the situation, whereas the female is the hero, and the guardian of the male, where without he would certainly die of his own ineptitude
BRAVO FUCKING BRAVO
What do you hate the most about this movie?
Is there anything you liked?
Was there an actor who was a bigger patriot than his fella /tv/?
He is a legendary general and war hero. Where the fuck is his funeral?
>grey matter pie or brown matter pie
What did she mean by this?
What can we expect from this movie /tv/?
What are your thoughts about this movie?
Acting was ok, it falls in many spy movies clichés(femme fatale character, 24/7 chill dandy spy character, cold-blooded russian, etc), but at the same time is kinda original and weird(like the scene where henry cavill escapes from the pursuit, gets in a car and starts drinking wine and eating a sandwich).
Idk it left me with mixed emotions about it
laughably bad and the acting was so wooden someone came in halfway through and literally thought one of the agents was supposed to be a cyborg. that's how wooden it was.
guy richie you used to be cool man what happened?
Really cool film. I liked the classic spy feel. Good cinematography and the acting worked for the movie. Not great acting or anything but they all sort of played caricatures of typical spy movie cliches. Overall i think it's better than half the shit that comes out of hollywood today like SPY, Mission impossible, fast and furious, transformers etc. but it really lacks plot. The plot isnt very interesting at all. Typical spy stuff but I did like it. Around a 7.5/10 for me.
If we consider the fact that this guy is an amazing pilot like Luke and Anakin were, is there potential for him to become a powerful Force user?
For all we know he could be Obi-wan's son.
Why is he so relatable?
Why send Rey, they finally find Luke , and they send her, instead of his Sister the general?
And why should she want to go.
>inb4 vision Island
Saw Star Wars episode 7 in Japan the other night; first scene where Finn takes his helmet off and reveals the Black Face is when THE ENTIRE THEATER GASPS AND/OR BEGINS LEAVING THE THEATER. Someone in the row in front of me began vomiting.
By the end of the movie, Myself and only a few other people were left in the theater.
Why does Japan hate Finn so Much???
