This better be fashionable in 2016 as well
It seems to be that a lot of people use AdBlock for a couple of bad ad sites. But just because they are lazy, they decided to block revenue for online content creators. This while it's extremely easy to whitelist:
What do you do?
The Force Awakens is a fine movie.
The movies that preceded it were just fine too.
Why is this new film making people so upset, while also changing the status quo regarding the Star Wars franchise?
The series has always suffered from logic and continuity issues, but even then people seemed to be able to enjoy Star Wars just fine.
I mean, I see people unironically PRAISING the prequels everyday and talking about Lucas is a genius.
Someone explain this to me; I know everyone will have differing opinions, but can some long time fans of the series...

>Someone explain this to me; I know everyone will have differing opinions, but can some long time fans of the series (non-millennials) share some insight?
I've already made several threads explaining at least a dozen reasons why this film was and underwhelming rehash of ANH. I'm not in the mood to write about the list again.
>The most successful film of all-time, the motion picture event of a generation, is a space-faring adventure about a homeless white woman and a traitorous black man beating the shit out of a whiny white man obsessed with his lineage.
How does this make you feel?
it'll all make sense when they make Rey a villain in the third movie to show feminism has gone too far
How was this film, /tv/?
Tony's new video, on Memories of Murder and character framing/staging
One of his best vids in a while
Tell me /tv/ would you guys watch a film with the following plot?
A race of people are forced to leave their home planet in search of a new habitable planet. This has been a long time coming, as the race has massively destroyed/used up the resources of its current home. Each continent is able to build its bio-dome ship (roughly the size of russia) and set off into space searching for a place to call home.
Many of the poor vagrants get left behind. some of the ships choose to settle in orbit and just live out their lives on the ship forever. Others become jaded and deal with mutiny and turn to smuggling/piracy.
The movie takes place a few hundred years after all of this goes down. Space is run amok, with no governing bodies, and people doing whatever they want. Our heroes find they must travel back to their home world in search of a relic that is said to allow them to travel space at the speed of light so that they may escape the now turbulent area of space they inhabit.
it turns out, without people realizing it, that the people are humans, the planet is earth, its 4000AD, and surprise, the engine that allows for light speed is a myth
Reminder that Quentin Tarantino will never again direct a film as good as either of these two again.
please give one reason why this show sucks

What do you think of Villeneuve ?
Terrible director void of any and all directorial style or vision, meaning, he is far from being auteur an interesting film maker with something to say.
At best he should work as an editor or writer for Lifetime shows.
Never made a good film and his latest /v/ideogame movie Sicario is pure horse shit on level of Nolan where you have no humans or characters, just narrative mouthpieces and shitty cinematography from autopilot Deakins that Villeneuve failed to put to use.
Is Monica Geller the best TV wife of all-time?
>stays fit and healthy
>thinks Chandler has a fetish for sharks and is willing to participate just to make him happy
>prefers being on top in bed
>T-thanks for taking me out for breakfast, anon
ITT: The worst sequels/spin offs ever made
It was better than the previous two sequels
