So I've been watching Black Mirror and I'm on S.3 Episode 5 and it's premise is extremely similar to a movie I've seen in the past.
The movie is about a unit of teenage soldiers in the military fighting against these aliens or mutants that hide in abandoned buildings like rats. They have these chips in their brain that helps them fight and see if the creature they are killing is an alien or a human. It turns out if you don't have the chip in you you look like an alien to everyone else, something along the line of a facehugger...

suitable x-files replacement for the first two seasons or so and then became a somewhat cheesy drama with sci fi elements, I dropped it at the start of season 4 though so maybe it got better
