I liked it
Pretty entertaining movie. What doesn't make sense to me though is when the kid gave the toy to Myron at the end. I mean the moral makes sense (I love my dad again so who needs material things?), but Sinbad didn't deserve the toy after endangering the fucking kid's life. Not to mention the bomb threat thing. It doesn't make sense at all even if it's a kids movie
>character breaks into a car
>keys are behind the visor
What the fuck is with he weird face expression
Sort of, sure, but so is wanting Luke to be your little twink boy and Han your sarcastic hunk lover.
But at the same time, Jabba was a villain and degrading her was ostensibly villainous in-story. That artist, based on his or her IG account is actually pretty good, coloring looks weak here.
What is going on here?

Why did I never see any discussion of this masterpiece on /tv/?
Would you have left the sick moaning swede to die in the jungle?
Will there ever be an action movie as good as, or better than, Terminator 2?
In 1991 the spirit of the eighties died. T2 hopped on the 80. bandwagon as the last. Then came all the shit, what was called the 90.'s spirit, which was generally bad for sci-fi cinema except "The Matrix" but this movie is ingenious commentary on post-cold-war society.
DK > DKR > Begins
Prove me wrong.
Great movies with far right undertones
>actively helps people and goes against rules
Did you ever hear about the tragedy of darth plagueis the wise?
Did you ever hear the tragedy of the young adult male who instead of facing his problems head-on sank deeper and deeper into his crippling depression and isolation until the only thing he did all day was regurgitate script lines from a mediocre action film made over a decade ago to feel even just slightly wanted in the world
>Did you ever hear about the tragedy of darth plagueis the wise?
Was he a good friend?
What's objectively the best film in her career?
Even when she smiles you can see the sadness creeping through. Why cant she be happy bros
Did she rape him?
Watch another "classic", it's another overrated piece of shit

Thoughts on The Message (1976)?
>me on the left
>sister starts watching this
>join her while I am eating a snack
>unironically enjoy it

What is the larger significance to the 'comfy' meme? I put forth the idea that, due to the increasing uncertainty in regards to the future of civilization itself, feelings of comfyness will increase in reaction.
>"Hygge" is a state where all psychological needs are in balance. The antonym of hygge is uhyggelig, which translates as "scary".
The body and mind react to the "scary" outside, and so we become comfy in reaction. The rise of...

People subconsciously realize industrial civilization will not survive past the 2030 resource hyper-crisis, they seek to maximize their "comfy" time before it's no longer possible and humanity returns to pre-industrial drudgery
Other forms of escapism include, opioid drugs, sexual debauchery, and technology worship where a vague "singularity" has replaced the idea of god and promises eternal life
Does someone recognise this guy?
Need someone who really knows showbiz.
Is this the ghostbusters remake we were all hoping for?
Legit watched it today.
Decent (Simple) Plot
Some suprisingly good camera shots.
No hamfisted romance/ comic relief bollocks
Occassional Pacing issues
Wasn't the entire point of this film to crap on superhero films?
So what happened? Why did Micheal Keaton backpedal? Why is he now a bird in a Spiderman film?
I never expected to drop a show as hard as I did this one.
Why did the critics hate this?
It's literally good
Surely you can tell from their reviews. I'm too young to know what they wrote. I couldn't read at the time but I'm old enough to know it came out the same time as Jurassic Park and it's marketing got butchered by political correctness. Toys without weapons, antigun shit that sort of thing.
Mostly though it came out at the same time as Jurassic Park.
Only a new Star Wars could have competed.
movies, I really like these, anything similar?
just in case these are: American Psucho (duh), Taxi driver and Apocalypse now
Hooray, another RE movie!
What is /tv/'s opinion on this guy
His Halloween movies are absolute dogshit and he should be beaten with a fucking firehose until he dies for forcing his 6/10 wife in to everything he does.
Seriously, why didn't they give him TCM to remake? That is literally the movie he's been ripping off with all of his other works. That might have been better than the reboot we got, sans Biel perhaps.
what a pile of shit
