What could possibly go wrong right?
INB4 getting their crappiest games and doubles.
I finally got around to playing Sleeping Dogs, great game but rip feels
>tfw he got killed after getting his dream girl.
Does FFXV have any legitimately challenging enemies?
Seems like everything is easy as sh*t even for underleveled characters so long as they packed enough potions.
Which enemies/bosses are the toughest?
I haven't been watching the forecast lately, is there any risk of rain tonight?
>decide to go for a true neutral run in w2 this time
>already helping the civilians 5 minutes into the monastery prologue mission
How do I stop myself from whiteknighting in a game?
What is the best version of Final Fantasy 6 to play for a newcomer?
The original SNES game, the SNES Game with a translation patch, Brave New World, the GBA game with graphics and sound restoration hacks?
I haven't played the game for anything more than a few short bursts, and have had relatively few story spoilers (All I know is that Kefka is a dick and someone tries to commit suicide at some point). What version of the game would provide the best first experience?
Just got one of these, what can I play and emulate now?
Is it gonna be a launch title?
>he mains the healer class/character
Oh look. An envelope. I wonder what could it be?
Is kojima making something we won't be able to comprehend no matter how many times we will play when it comes out in two years.
He has never made anything that wasn't trivially comprehensible.
Everything he makes is disappointingly shallow or naive underneath the stylish veneer. It almost feels like Kojima's unique style is wasted on his own games.
Which runs are you most looking forward to?
So Fire Emblem?
Personally, I always enjoy Super Metroid, and I'm looking forward to:
Ape Escape 2
Super Monkey Ball Adventure and 2
Adventure Island 2/4
Dark Messiah of Kicks and Kicking
And quite a lot more.
I'm going to turn the Halo 2 Legendary run into a drinking game, where I take a shot any time they get killed by a jackal sniper.
>We will never get a game as good as this from Nintendo again
>friend committed suicide yesterday
>his steam account is still there, and it won't be ever removed or anything
>realize the number of steam accounts out there belonging to people who are dead
how do you cope with this, /v/?
What's the most 90's game ever?
What's the most 80s anime?
Why the fuck is this game considered so difficult? I played through it when I was four years old and considered it to be a cakewalk.
How is it possible that MH4U has more people playing it than Generations? What happened?
Generations is a spinoff game to celebrate Monster Hunter's 10 year anniversary. Its pretty simple as that. It has less content, isn't as challenging, and the game is pretty imbalanced (which makes it a shit ton of fun but not really what long term MH players are looking for after the novelty wears off).
Its a nice game that covers the whole series pretty well, but 4U is clearly superior.
It was never meant to be a mainline game. However that makes me wonder why they're making a sequel. I hope MH5 is quite a leap.
Styles and Arts make the game too easy, also I never got into it, because of how much mandatory fanservice was crammed in between each hunt.
Congrats, you killed a Kut-Ku, now there's 15 more people to talk to before the next hunt, some of them from previous monster hunter games! REMEMBER THEM?!
Your opinion on Crash Bandicoot 2
Can I play this without wearing power armor the whole way?
>Finally bought a 3DS
>Boy I can't wait to play all these amazing game--
>It's all first party nintendo titles, Ace Attorney, Layton, Rhythm Heaven and samey RPGs/tile strategy
Where are the fucking games, /v/?
>Nintendo made games and exclusives don't count
>PC indie ports and PS4 games are the best thing ever
Does anybody have a spare GWENT online beta key? Would be much appreciated.
Is anyone else a little miffed that the 8-bit Link amiibo has the Master Sword, much less any sword, on his back? While I like the Master Sword, the inclusion of it on this amiibo detracts from its appeal for me. Is Nintendo trying to retcon the White Sword to be the Master Sword, or am I just jated at a young age?
>The journey began
>twice, as I moved back to the original
>Shit is a special swordsman with no memory of his past, who's been chosen to lead the army of a town
>He was sent on a mission to defend the macguffin gate, only to find out his home village is under attack!
>Now it's time to hurry home and protect our town, and hopefully, we'll never have to guess what happened

My exam was easy, I finished it in 10 minutes. That course was a goddamn joke.
>What the fuck is this?
This is shining force, a SRPG released on the Sega Genesis(megadrive for you euros) in 1992. The game seems to follow a LOT of jrpg tropes, but hey, it's from 1992.
>Are you siggy?
no, I'm Nigger, the guy who barely beat fire emblem 10, then somehow pulled off actual strategy in Soul Nomad
>What are you playing next?
Final Fantasy V or Fire Emblem...

>"What are ya playing son?"
It's basically a handheld with console power.
That's exactly what we need, to trick Japs into making console games again. Now we can have Fire Emblem, 3rd Party Jrpgs, etc that are normally on the 3DS and look like shit can now have decent graphics.
>Bored out of my mind all day
>Spend entire day looking for something that looks fun on any platform
>Just download FFX-2 for emulator and replay it for like the 5th time since childhood
Are game devs really that different now then back then? Why is it so hard to make a fun game?
>the entire world is ending
>"That'll be 500gold + tip for the sword!"
Just ordered this. What am I in for?
