What games allow me to be like a slasher movie villain?
Friday The 13th, but apparently it doesn't come out until early January now.
Kind of a bummer. I was really hoping to play it for Halloween.
Then there is also>>356472230 but the anger is understandable. That game has some serious issues.
Today is this Witch's birthday. Say something nice to her, /v/.
Something other than being absolutely perfect, as that's implied.
Where did this "console gaming is cheaper" meme come from?
>Buy PS4 in 2013 for $400
>PS4 Pro upgrade is $400
>Games are $60/each and rarely go on sale
>Have to spend $60/year on paid online
It's just as expensive as PC, if not moreso.
Console makers release powerful-ish machines at a loss, and make up the profits on the overpriced games and other proprietary extras.
Except Nintendo. Their consoles are toasters so they make a profit on them.
>Here's your controller bro
How can PS4k do 4k with only 4 flops?
Just bought a ps3, what are the best games?
How did this game get a universal acclaim score on Metacritic? I played the game and it's shit! It has clunky controls and it's a poorly made stealth game. Oh, and it's boring too. Really boring. In conclusion, it's just another shovel ware game for the DS and a bad cash in on the show
FREEZE! THIS IS THE SPOOKY POLICE!
TELL ME THE NAME OF THE LAST SCARY GAME YOU PLAYED AND I'LL LET YOU GO
One of these 2 is a nintendo switch screenshot, the other is a photograph.
> plays game based on WW1 - a war where everyone did stupid and horrible things and there were no clear-cut "good guys" and "bad guys"
> of fucking course the Germans and Central Powers are only portrayed as the bad guys
Brother just gave me his old DS. I have two hours of commute every day when I can use it. What games should I get? I'm not big into RPG... But I dunno
is this game worth my time?
Explain the plot of this series. I am completely lost.
The nurse Rachel, who took care of Mary and Laura in SH2, is one of the residents of the apartment building in SH4.
In Star Wars: The Old Republic, there is a wall on Nar Hutta which has no object. You can walk through the wall and behind is a huge path that leads to all the other parts of Nar Hutta. Even after 4 years, they still haven't fixed this.
Perfect games don't exi-
sometimes i think people just jack off about this game simply because its exclusive. I mean its just another souls rehash afterall
Either way a game i think is perfect would be Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory
Name a game.
Just finished this.
Holy shit what an absolutely amazing perfect game.
The only flaw in it was that
Pit didn't get the ability to fly on his own at the end.
What are your favorite PC games of all time, my fellow bros?
Warcraft 3 for me. That game was legendary,
Have all you Overwatch players gotten all your Halloween achievements done yet?
Just finished "Not a Scratch" last night, still need to beat the event on hard tonight before it ends though.
>yfw you got all the time sensitive cheevos
How often do you revisit games that you enjoyed ?
I started to think that I was growing out of vidya, but I now realize that it is just because lots of recent games are shit
I revisit constantly, I tend to enjoy older game like 15/1 compared to newer games. And holidays are a big thing too, October comes around I play horror games. December comes around I tend to play through games like mafia 2, with those winter settings it's so comfy. They are way better at setting a scene than newer games
Games like Zelda:OoT, Silent Hill 1 and 2, original Doom games, etc, I replay almost annually. Just now I replayed RE2 four times in a row for good old time's sake, and it was even better experience than I recalled.
And yeah, especially the AAA side of the games industry has become absolutely horrible in the past decade. One reason I so often end up playing either bigger mods, or few of those "AA" games, like everything by Croteam.
>Just over a week after stepping away from Deadpool, director Tim Miller has set his sights on a new gig: developing an adaptation of Sonic the Hedgehog for Sony Pictures.
Are the Manhunt games any good?
first one is good, it's like a 80's thriller with John Carpenter music, also has a surprisingly decent PC port for a early Rockstar PC effort
2nd one is fucking horrible, don't play it
Why does everybody love Garrus so much?
ok, all. i live in a horrible third-world hovel and am assembling my very first computer tomorrow. yes, first. what are some your game recommendations?
rpgs (or anything with a strong narrative) are preferred.
This is your tank tonight.
Well, /v/? Team 1 or Team 2?
haha who do you main in smash?
I love Robin! I don't think you actually wanted a Smash main thread though!
so how about that demo that totally came out on halloween
Now that the dust has literally settled;
Does thinking about this game make anybody else just kinda sad? Like this could be the last actual MGS game, and it was essentially ruined by having the last chapter be cut and other parts unfinished. This game could've been the the best MGS game ever, and even though the game is still fun to do missions, it's just ending the series on such a depressing note.
I dunno /v/, thoughts?
Last chapter was simply unfinished, it wasn't cut on purpose. It also wouldn't save the game from being largely shit: one mission can't fix the game's bad writing and filler content.
It's scary that people still praise Kojima after this turd.
>It also wouldn't save the game from being largely shit: one mission can't fix the game's bad writing and filler content.
Literally this. People act like if it had mission 51 it would be mainly fixed. That was really the least of its problems.
