I just wanted to buy a game and get out
To the people on /v/ that played this game when it came out, what were your initial impressions playing it back then?
And how do you think it holds up?
I felt the first half life was better and was a bit disappointed. I thought the gravity gun was gimmicky and that it interrupted fluid game play because I was focused on finding things to toss in the environment rather than my enemies. I thought the plot was disconnected from the first, and felt the dystopia was a step down from the high science. I didn't care about Alex at all, and her nigger father too. The driving sequences were complete shit too. I honestly thought Doom 3 was better.
I've finally become a wageslave and am working 10 hours a day. I now find it impossible to sit down and play vidya for over 30 minutes a day and I haven't been able to play any decent-length game ever since.
What are some good games that I could enjoy with only 30 minutes of playtime a day? I was thinking maybe a multiplayer game like League of Legends but not as shitty.
Roguelikes in general are pretty pick up and play. Try Brogue, Dungeon Crawl:Stone Soup, or IVAN. If you're looking for something more recent Crypt of the Necrodancer is fun.
Alternatively, Dwarf Fortress?
Sorry I'm late.
Is this the greatest game of the millennium?
Calling all farseers, bog witches and clairvoyant individuals of /v/. Cast your bones, draw your cards and observe your tea leaves! Answer me this simple question.
Is it gunna be gud?
mfw i finally got to the end of Mass Effect 3. Jesus, what happened?
was the ending really the worst part of the game?
it was pretty consistently garbage, i thought
i understand the controversy of bioware saying there wouldn't be just ABC endings, and then they literally gave ABC endings, but to me the rest of the game was still notably bad
>you will never explore space
What video games let me explore space?
What happened to Crono Trigger's dad? Surely his mom had to have had a husband.
Who's fucking ready for the fucking Smash broadcast?
A bunch of friends are gonna bring a shitload of pizza and bingo cards to watch the stream.
How much money should I have on my Nintendo account beforehand to purchase everything they reveal except for the Mii costumes?
Good theory videos:
>Phone guy says the animatronics will think you're a naked endoskeleton and try to stuff you into a suit
>There are naked endoskeletons in the back that they don't try to stuff into suits
>Phone guy says that the animatronics have facial recognition software that is hooked up to criminal databases

Can you fuck off? How often do you post this? Are you trying to make a meme? Is its a joke because its old news? I don't get it, what are you trying to accomplish posting this shit over and over again? This is coming from someone who actively partook in HE threads.
What ever, filtered.
>Meanwhile on the /v/ covenentte corvette...
>steam winter sale likely to start this weekend
Y'all niggas ready for a miracle?
No miracles anymore, daily and flash sales are gone
developers likely don't want their games to be sold at a super sale price for two weeks straight, so the overall sale percentage will be less
>same sales as 2 weeks ago
yea real exciting.
