Post great matches:
This is probably the best Pacman I have ever seen, even Abadango's Pacman wasn't this creative. Now that is what I call Zoning.
I like both games. If you need to shit on one or the other you're a retard.
All of his kill options are trash so he's practically forced to camp harder than Da Cunt. Especially if your opponent is even mediocre with DI.
>Consoles still cant play 1080p60fps
Why is this allowed?
You'd think after 10 years they'd be able to pull it off
man who cares about 1080p
seriously is it just me or does it seem like anything above 720p is just excessive
We have to get Melee ahead of Undertale. The non-important gamefaqs vote is upon us!
>Sorry Link, I can't give credit!
What did he mean by this?
Dubs gives it a name and/or a description
What genre is this game?
Action game. If you're one of those people who likes to keep dividing genres up into even more arbitrary chunks, it's in the same genre that you'd put Devil May Cry and Bayonetta.
I think I remember the director or the studio or someone referring to it as a mass-hero action game.
If Zootopia becomes a world in Kingdom Hearts 3, what animal do you want Sora, Donald, and Goofy to be?
How about a ending/complaints thread about XCX/Xenoblade? SPOILERS AHEAD.
What the fuck was that clusterfuck of an ending? Never mind all the fucking plotholes like that fucking telethia who saved the team, only to never see it again. Fucking cliffhanger at the end? Why would monolith do this if they don't intend to ever make a sequel? Why did lao survive on a beach? How come all of NLA residents are alive if their data was destroyed? What the fuck was that doll that lao stole? Project ares? Why didn't they explain the origins of that? The Great One that even Elma was surprised about, nothing explained about that.
Shit game because of the following too:
>No way to adjust any kind of volume/sound settings. We're in fucking 2016, this is unacceptable. Some cutscenes you literally can't hear the characters because the music is way too high.
>Those stupid circles you have to time your B button to has way too much input lag. It doesn't help that I don't have a choice but to play with a fucking wireless controller + LCD so I miss 99% of them.
>NO way to make multiple save files in-game. NO way to see cutscenes again of even do the story chapters again. Want to fight the last boss? Well too bad if you saved, you'll never fight him again unless you completely make a new game.
>Online exclusive content. Bosses, missions, items, etc so everyone that can only play offline will miss a huge chunk of content. Fuck you monolith, I didn't need any online to fully experience xenogears or the first xenoblade.
1/2 to be continued
>Characters are forgettable compared to the first xenoblade. Bland, emotionless, stiff faces made cutscenes awkward to watch most of the time. It's pretty apparent they blew their whole CS budget on the very last scene after the credits.
>Party commands are useless. They never fucking attack my target even if I press the right button to do it. I have to actually command them to stay near me or they won't listen. Shitty AI.
>Story missions are not paced well. Obviously they rushed the game at the end with only 2 story chapters in sylvalum where you explore a tiny amount, and only 1 chapter in cauldros.
Overall good game ruined by a few simple stuff that would be extremely easy to fix if they weren't lazy fucks and rushed the game.
It'sa me! The last Sm4sh character!
W-why do you all look so upset...? Didn't you expect a Mario character in a Nintendo game?
One of the things that makes Souls games enjoyable is the sense of accomplishment and progression. When you beat a boss or find a secret, it feels like something significant.
So - are there any MMOs that offer the same sort of feeling? Like you can actually feel like you've accomplished something when you play?
I'm guessing "no", but I thought I'd ask anyway.
Pre-WoW MMOs were like this. They've all been updated to be more casual, though
Midgar is a really cool city. I sure hope we get to explore all 8 sectors. Expanding the AVALANCHE missions would be cool too.
Hopefully the enemy stuff in the Midgar portion of the remake is not as video-gamey as it is in the original, or at the least there is some explanation why there's a monster house in the slums or why there is a hostile warning board attacking you around shinra employees who seem to not give a damn
Certain groups recently called for banning straight white men from holding executive positions in game development companies. Hypothetically if this were to happen, what would change about video games?
You know, it's funny
It's racist to have nonsensical hatred for straight white men (or any race for that matter), but because it's such an unusual thing to say, nobody thinks twice about it.
I'm pretty sure straight white men are actually in the minority now in the states, if I remember correctly. Shit's all topsy-turvy
How come DDR is never discussed on /v/?
Will you miss him?
