What kind of controller you want
So will playing this game before the original Xenoblade Chronicles for me? Will it be hard to go back and play the original?
Probably difficult, yes.
The combat is more fleshed out and dynamic, and your movement is FAR better in XBCX than XBC.
However, XBC had a better storyline. I didnt like the gameplay for the first that much, but the story kept me going.
In XC, it was a lot more limited. You had no control over your class or anything, just which characters you used and which arts you used for them. Most strategies revolved around Staggering+Toppling the fuck out of everything, until Spikes were introduced, which was just a bullshit way to try and get you to vary it up.
In X, you build your own class from the ground up and can mix and match weapons when you max out a class. You also have 2 wepaons per class. TP management is more vital between the arts you...

have you ever spent new year in a game?
>tfw twice in world of warcraft alone running around /yelling happy new year
Most difficult Dark Souls boss across all games and DLCs.
I'll start, Ornstein and Smough.
I know people say they are easy but fuck man I was stuck on them for days.
Any games as polished as StarCraft II but with a focus on defense and base building as oppose to rushing and offense?
One that has walls, sentries etc...
Red Alert 2 was pretty great with that, but 3 online is dead.
>MC is more edgy than the antagonist
>he doesn't buy physical
Buying physical games can be expensive but it's preferable to digital. I just imported the physical copy of Hotline Miami for the PS4
What games should you play on your birthday?
I SURE DO LOVE ANIME
I don't know what I expected, but it wasn't this
Video games are now over there will never be another game made but before they end we're given a chance to make the perfect game. Every dev team from any time period is allowed to join and work on any part no matter how small. Make sure the last game is a true 10/10

Do you ever see people getting mad (on /v/, usually) about things in games that absolutely do not bother you at all?
All the time
>I'd play these [console exclusives] if they weren't on that piece of shit console!
Nigga what. A console is always only as good as its games. If you'd like the games you'd like the console. It's not fucking rocket science.
Waddya think /v/?
I've heard Psychonauts and Grim Fandango are classics. Think Brutal Legends looks fun
it's been on my back-backlog since it released. Heard of Broken Age and Costume Quest but not really interested. Have no idea what the other games are.
$20 for ~$165 worth of content total seem fair to you?
>$20 for ~$165 worth of content total seem fair to you?
I quoted that wrong.
The bundle is $100 regular price, the individual content is $185, I'd save $165 if I bought everything separately.
how did you choose your gamer name /v/?
I use different names for different games
Using the same name across everything usually bites you in the ass when someone finds something you said or did in another game or forum.
