Yo, can we get a video game art thread going?
Post anything you want, whether it be made by fans, or made by the developers, whether it be hand drawn or pixel art, post it here, and let others critique it and discuss it.
Lets talk about interesting art.
I'm hosting a lan party tomorrow.
Games = pic related.
¿Is there a skin Dave Grohl for gta san andreas?
Epic Mafia is an online browser game where you try to find the mafia members hidden in the village before they kill everyone.
Seriously. First they give us Xenoblade, the freshest open world game in a minute, letting the player figure shit out and all that.
Then Fast Racing Neo. Aight, it's no f-zero or wipeout, but it's certainly more fun and interesting than all the realism fetish simulators on p4 and the bone.
Plus the final, guaranteed to be boner poppin Smash Direct next week.
Spark one up for Reggie and Miyamoto let's go
Quick tell me a legitimate flaw with this game without even using the word meme!
As someone who has never a played final fantasy game, do I have to play through final fantasy xlll-1 and xlll-2 to enjoy lightning returns? Or can/ should I start with LR?
What games let you revisit the locations of its predecessors?
> " I prefer melee over magic "
> " Magic is for pussies lol "
I don't see it the problem with those statements Drake.
If there was an open world game like GTA with a 1:1 scale of a US State with everything like street signs, street names, houses, stores, cities, national parks etc. would it be possible or would there be a problem with privacy?
I want to see an open world game that is a 1:1 scale and I hate it when game devs have to make up some city based on it or it's based on the city but it doesn't even look like it irl *cough* Infamous Second Sun *cough*
in the US, anything that is in public view is considered public domain. if it is hidden and on private property you need the authorization of the owner of said property.
basically if you can see it, its legal to take a video of it and use it for whatever you want as long as it doesnt infringe on other laws or rights
The problem with a game of that size would be that there's probably nothing to do in it. It's like looking at an impressive minecraft build only to remember that there's fucking nothing to do in minecraft.

Let's be honest here:
How many of you understood this game while you were playing it? How many of you understood that the person you were chasing for the majority of the game was not Sephiroth, but rather Jenova, that Sephiroth had essentially died in Nibelheim, and the role of the Black Hoods?
Now ask yourselves: In a modern game being marketed towards an audience who played this game as children, how do you think themes such as seraphic reincarnation are going to make it into the remake, despite their core relevance to the story?
True fact: most people I've bothered talking to about this game just think Sephi is an OP fuck with mommy issues. I mean, they're not technically wrong, but they're not aware of anything OP was talking about
