>I watch other people play video games
>I pay them a monthly fee for that
>these people don't have irl friends so they have to pretend
Pretty much this.
The millennial generation is full of socially stunted autists who were raised by TV and tablets, so watching complete strangers on the internet play vidya is the closest thing to friendship they have.
It's almost sad. It's probably more their parents' fault than their own, but still...
Find a flaw. Protip: You can't.
Who did they make this for?
>2 foot cable on the controller instead of wireless
>Will never be updated with more games
>Cant use old cartridges
Like literally, why even bother?
What went wrong?
So how does it hold up compared to the first game?
>literally one good tracer skin
>its behind a paywall
If we lived in a world where all the Souls games had perfect netcode, and there was no lag or phantom range at all, which game would have the best pvp?
post good zombie games
Why tank controls? I'm not even shitting on them, I just genuinely don't understand.
whats the best game they have ever made and where does it rank on your best games of all time list?
I'm terrible at ranks so I'll just tell you the first three best games of theirs that come to mind
House of the dead 2
If you have those three you don't need anything else.
My personal opinion is Virtua Fighter. It also happens to be my second favorite game of all time behind FFXI.
But Sega is full of diamonds despite whomever is running the company being completely retarded. It's hard to say which is their very best IP.
in 2015 I bought a PS3 instead of a PS4 because the later had literally no games.
in 2016 using my Income Tax return I built a high end PC and used the rest on clothes/shoes instead of buying a PS4 because the later had literally no games.
Soon it'll be 2017 and.....
>Marvel vs Capcom: Infinite
>Gravity Rush 2
>Tales of Berseria

Get Disgaea 5 as well, it's good shit.
The time to buy a console is whenever you feel it's personally worth the investment, m8. I got mine on launch and have loved it the whole time.
Just bought this bad boy, also bought Blood Borne, what other games should I get?
can I also start posting golden lels now?
Sorry. You are stuck with Bloodbone.
Enjoy the movie blu-ray that came with it as well.
So apparently Twitch added a video sharing option. IDK when this happened but my friend thinks this is gonna kill Youtube for some reason.
I told him how ridiculous that was as Youtube is too huge to just die like that but he brought up MySpace.
Does /v/ think that Twitch will eventually kill Youtube? Or is my friend over reacting to something that's barely nothing.
He's the kind of guy to say "Kappa" irl and is obsessed with E-Sports.
L-LADIES AND GENTLEMAN. P-PLEAAAASE WELCOME MR. H-H-HIDEO KOJIMA
Why did Shovel Knight out sell Duck tails remastered?
What games let me play as a communist?
I am about to buy this for me and for my friend.
But I am confused, the characters that are DLC aren't free?
I remember reading that each month Capcom gave one character and the story mode was free too.
Botton line is, I have to pay to play as Juri?
You can buy DLC characters with fight money that you earn by playing the game. If you do all the single player content (tutorials, challenges and so on) you should have enough fight money to buy 4-5 DLC characters.
Western horror enemy designs are dreadful. They're tryhard edgy as hell. Why can't they deisgn anything half decent? Downpour has the worst enemies of the entire series by far.
How sexy is too sexy?
Is the community dead, or will this thread reach image cap?
that's not pl_upward
I think the thread will take off since all TF2 players do is whine about Overwatch here
Plenty of fellow TF2 players on /v/ all day, every day. What else would they be doing?
>"Double DRM" (i.e. buying a Steam game which also requires UPlay or Origin account)
Is there anything in gaming which automatically makes you rule out buying a specific game /v/?
Esports had a shelf life of about 8 years.
Why did it die so quickly?
Hello /v/, I want to build a gaming PC. Problem is... I only have very basic knowledge of the components I should use so I came here to ask you guys for advice.
I have to travel a lot between my two homes so everything needs to fit in a mini-itx case.
My budget is 1500 euro max. I am a casual player so I don't desire to play on ultra settings at 60 fps with 4k resolution. Running games like Witcher 3 and Battlefield 1 on higher settings at a decent framerate is more than enough for me. These are the components that I found on Amazon and appealed to me:

In your case wouldn't it be better to buy a gaming laptop? They're expensive but if you're going to move it a lot it's better to have the screen and the keyboard integrated into the package
Why were some controllers back then had these many buttons? I mean, a joystick and two buttons should have been suffice as it was the standard, but then you got the Atari 5200 with all those numeric buttons.
>Look anon, Santa brought you the new "Mario Party 3" you wanted!
Any similar christmas/birthday mixup stories?
>ask for a xbox 360 for christams
>get the original xbox
>smile and nod at the time as to not seem ungrateful
>had a lot of fun with the console
>steady influx of games because they were much cheaper
>didn't get a 360 until 2009
>still played my old Xbox
I saved you from the red ring BOMB that would have gone off at any second. You're welcome child.
What does /v/ think of Inside?
I think the lighting direction and color choice was top notch and with the game's frame composition it made the puzzles very satisfying to complete. I thought the environmental variety and gameplay variety was pretty good as well. And the
gameplay shift in the last actwas incredibly fun and enthralling. I also enjoyed the sound design a lot. I think it definitely beats out Limbo and should take a place as one of the best cinematic platformers of all time.
My favorite area was the
one with the shockwaves. What was yours?
For it's price it's far too short but I pirated it so I was happy with it. I didn't have a problem with the difficulty, not every game needs to be Dark Souls, especially not a 2 hours long cinematic platformer.
