What's the difference between a shmup and a bullet hell? Do bullet hell games just have a shitton more bullets on the screen?
Would Ikaruga be considered bullet hell? What about Radiant Silvergun?
what's a short game (<3 hours) with a great plot?
what went wrong?
So is she going to die this season?
Can chess be considered a video game?
Is steam a social media?
Is PSN a social media?
Is xbox live a social media?
If so explain why
They certainly have a lot of features that try to capture that sort of attention so as to grip more players, but if the focus is around the store and the games, I wouldn't really call it social media.
What are the chances of this getting ported to Switch?
Why is no one talking about this?
I own every video game ever made. AMA
DON'T SAY I TOLD YOU SOOOOOOOO
ONE THING YOU'LL NEVER KNOOOOOOOOW
ITT: GOAT anime games
Hey now that we know the framerate is a stable 30fps, can we talk about this game?
A flying mount (although it seems like a given by now)
Around 6-8 dungeons
Timeshift stones (or any variant of them)
Open world too empty
All shrines share the same aesthetic
A pretty good game, maybe even the best Zelda
Does he get a single good royal arm? On the 4th one and they all suck
Good evening /v/ I am about to start my Final Fantasy marathon starting with the first game. My question is though, which version should I play? I am currently looking at the psp port but I am unsure if any of the other versions have more or less features that I should play.
ITT blatantly overpowered weapons in multiplayer games
>higher damage than rifles
>more accurate than rifles
>faster ROF than rifles
>one hit kill up until sniper ranges
Sounds like the only game that has ever made an accurate-to-reality shotgun instead of the "melee range only massive cone spread of tiny-damage pellets" that most games use when making a shotgun.
Also the G3 from DFBHD
>one hit kill
>20 round mag
Is anyone playing this?
It's like a simplified version of Smash with weapon-based stance changes, and looks incredibly fun.
Game's free: http://store.steampowered.com/app/291550/
Can't wait for this to leave early access so I can refund it.
>Release game in early access
>Get lots of money
>Spend that money
>Take game out of early access
>Suddenly everyone is refunding
>Watch as bank account empties itself out to the negatives
how is this legal
What went wrong?
> Not allowing online course browsing + doownloading
> Not adding in the switchable characters
Other than that, it's still a solid game. The 100 Mario Challenge is fun, and making levels is a lot better than on the Wii U.
>tfw the switch will only replace the 3ds and not the Wii U
>tfw Nintendo gave up in the home console market
Was This the Peak of Yoshi's Design?
THE WRONG PERSON DIED!!!!
How long until VR becomes real? My *aifu is waiting on the other side already.
Is the fanbase really that bad, though?
I realize it got pretty bad in late 2015, with the GameFAQs poll drama and everything, but ever since around February when the people who were only into it for the "trendiness" factor left, it's been pretty good. Sure, you have the spregs in /utg/ gushing over
Asriel, but that's hardly a behavior exclusive to this one game.
The quality of fanart and fanworks have improved dramatically over the last year. People are making great looking fangames. And sure, you have some Tumblrtards making dumb shit,...

refuses to believe that we aren't going back for him?
the fanbase is fine if you don't look at it.
honestly, people who let a games fanbase taint their perception of the game are giving that fanbase too much power over their lives
It's not like it's that hard to ignore
its a great game, just stay away from fans.
ppl who rarely played video games/only VG experice is moblie at school did this last fall (and spring). it was annoying but just tune them out. i try to do the same with final fantasy series and the relentless negativity that goes with that series, and the elitlism of the Megami Tensei/Persona crowd. and a few other series.
If you play Sonic backwards its about a fast hedgehog fixing a fat man's machines and putting animals in capsules wile leaving rings and emeralds behind
If you play God Hand backwards it's about a pious man who uses his miraculous arm to save the lives of hundreds and hundreds of punks, and eventually is tragically stripped of his magic arm by his (now ex) girlfriend. Fortunately, three particularly grateful punks give him a replacement arm and he wanders on.

He really likes the wii and turbo graphix. Anytime he starts screaming about videogames he is about to break his brainwashing so expect kim to keep making hand signs at him until he forgets again.
Lots of trash on that list. I hope the titles have some sort of thematic relevance to the music itself, because just pointlessly namedropping shit like Sanic Colors, Red Steel 2 or Other M sounds pretty embarrassing
Im doing a new playthrough, im setting my SPECIAL 4 across the board and playing on survival. im making him split personality so everytime i wake up from a bed ill be a different personality. Give me some personalities /v/. EX: smart guy: lab coat energy weapons, uses any terminal he sees.
Feral. Only injesting raw meat and all chems found. Melee only (single blades no bats or rippers) Be wary of all human encounters and attack friendlies on the odd occasion. Be unpredictable.
