Is upgrading graphics card enough or will the shit-tier cpu bottleneck it?
your CPU is fine. Next to no modern game relies on a processor. Yours is more than enough.
FO4 (assuming that's what you're talking about) is just poorly optimized and buggy POS, that lags even on hi-end cards.
I can also OC it if needed. I bought a new fan for it not long ago just for this possibility.
Also the temps are worrying. I bought new fans, new case for better air flow and everything yet the temps are still around 30-40 when idle. I suspect the graphics card seeing all the memes about 4xx series being a burning shyte.
Your temps are totally normal. I'd be worried if the idle temps are over 50 at all times, and over 80 when under heavy load. Keep in mind that modern components are designed to withstand up to 100*C or more, Nvidia & Intel being more resistant to heat than AMD usually.
If you're seriously worried about your PC's temperatures, clean up all the collected dust and hair from inside the case, and apply new thermal-paste between CPU and the cooler. You can also do this to the GPU.
ITT: Games that had potential but got fucked over because of its developers.
Extensive amount of microtransactions and attempted scam on "not so" season pass
Ok you fucking faggots.
Can anyone tell me, what is considered good writing?
At what point can you say "this is good writing", or "this is garbage"?
Do you consider a game where you have to read 50 lines each time you ask an NPC something automatically good?
Could you provide examples?
That guy is a fag
Fallout 1 has pretty meh writing until after you get the water chip and that's when it becomes elder god tier

Is there a miracle solution than I don't know of ?
Totalbiscuit just said that Just Cause 3 is a good looking game and very demanding. WHO IS HYPE
If a game feels or appears challenging, but there actually is no challenge, then does that make it a bad game?
For example, in Undertale, the final boss of the Neutral Route gives you a lot of health, though it doesn't visually represent that. Instead, you lose less and less health with each hit, making you seem to edge closer and closer to death. You can die, still, but if you were to dodge through and not die once, without being aware of the consequence of failing, is it still a thrilling challenge, or is the challenge not existant?
Okay, then I'll rephrase.
If a game feels or appears challenging, but there actually is no challenge, then does that make it an easy game?
I'm sure many people who've played the game, having their save file being threatened, and going through the motions, tried their very best to survive and win. Was it a thrilling challenge, or not?
