You guys don't actually play MMOs, right?
Not really no, the genre is dead to me.
I used to play them, but now I don't touch them and if I do on an impulse because of friends, I get bored with them very quickly and I never really have fun with them.
I mean they are shit. Gameplay, story, graphics, quests, everything about MMOs is low quality by design.
How should an indiedev interact with their audience and the gaming community at large to create a positive environment and relationship with their customers? What is the extra mile an indiedev can go to gain your trust and respect? What is the opposite of pulling a phil fish?
Interact with their audience.
Suck it up and behave online. Yes, you will get trolled and/or harrassed, just like anyone who is anyone online. Don't assist your detractors in detracting from You.
just do it through a blog, keep it focused on the game and keep community interaction to a minimum
have personal accounts for other shit
>there are people on this Chinese Image Board who choose Quiet over D-Doggy

Was this the biggest disappointment in vidya history?
I didn't see any of the trailers / hype / or reviews and got it about a year after release.
I thought it was a really good game, lots of customisations. Although the only good modes was creature and space.
The galaxy size for the time was mindblowing.
Overall I really liked it. Spent lots of hours on it.
Now that the dust has settled
You're buying one right?

Vega is about to deliver the final blow to the love of your life, Chun Li
What do you do?
WHAT DO YOU DO?
>"Permanent character upgrades that allow you to swap weapons and mantle more quickly, increase ammo and health capacity
>Swappable perk "runes", ex. one gives you a stackable temp speed boost after melee kills"
>BFG and Chainsaw aren't on the weapon wheel since they're used in specific scenarios, Chainsaw is on D-Pad down and BFG is on X. Seems like they're treating the BFG as a panic button.
INTO THE TRASH IT GOES
How does Microsoft save Xbox, /v/?
You do realize if Xbox dies, that leaves Sony with a monopoly on the console market, right? And that they'll be able to charge 599 US DOLLARS without consequence.
What can Microsoft do to save this generation for themselves?
They already said they can't hope to catch up to PS4 numbers, so just use the lower sales expectations to make or fund riskier or niche games. We're already getting Raiden V, Scalebound, and Phantom Dust is confirmed back in production so all good in my book.
It's all your fault!
What is that one game from the past you would want remade with modern visuals, physics and other improvements, /v/?
What kind of girl is she?
