Were arcade machines glorified micro-transactions?
NEED A LIGHT?
>game insults you for hacking it
>game punishes you after it falsely accuses you of hacking
>game insults you for not understanding the over complicated combo system first try
>game starts off normal
>as it progresses it gets more and more threatening until it's basically a horror game
>it starts fucking with your computer when you're not playing the game
Half-Life 2 was praised for having no cutscene movies and allowing the player to have full control through almost the entire game.
So why didn't more games do this?
/v/, what's your favorite Level-5 game?
is anyone hyped? will it be worth the shekels?
Cautiously optimistic because a /k/ommando that got his hands on the alpha. He had huge praise for the gun customization having so many options and having weird obscure sights. We'll see.
Im just started this game, I'm going to fall in love with these bithhes aren't I? I should probably stop.
No, this is NOT a waifu game. it goes much deeper than that. You won't be able to fully appreciate it until you finish it.
Leave this thread and go play if you don't want spoilers
I never managed to get more than a few hours in as a result of hating Vincent so much. I know I got into the game with the wrong expectations, but I wish I had more control in the story bits to stop him from being such a fuccboi.
I'll probably pick it back up with adjusted expectations eventually, but can anyone sell me on this?
Okay so I followed the guide and was able to downgrade to 9.2.0, but now I can't launch the homebrew menu when I hold L and using browserhax again doesn't work. Am I missing something?
>Dev getting paid for their work and not getting their shit stolen
>this thread again
> actual devs getting paid
>and not just shitty publishers
>fucking over the customer saves pc gaming
ll give you exactly three minutes to decide on a video game tattoo or I'll blow yer brains out.
What video game tattoo will you get?
The game tattoo or death?
So what it's gonna be, kid?
WHAT'RE YA PLAYAN thread
Pic related for me. Got the HD version on PC during the Steam sale. First time plaything the game since I got it for ps2 a loooong time ago. Didn't make it past the first chainsaw guy back then. Thought I might have a hard time getting into due to the outdated control scheme, but I got used to it pretty quick and I gotta say it actually adds quite a bit to the tension. Really liking the game so far (up to 4-2 now.) Great atmosphere, gunplay is enjoyable and tense. Only complaint really is having to look after the stupid girl for more...
